Claims (1)
- 電解メツキによる導体パターンの形成された回
路基板の電解メツキ用給電端子に接続されて電流
を入出力させる接続手段と、前記接続手段に電流
を供給する電流供給手段と、前記接続手段より電
流が出力されているか否かを判定して判定信号を
出力する判定手段と、前記判定手段の動作時を除
いて、前記接続手段より入力された電流および前
記電流供給手段より出力された電流をグランドに
バイパスさせるバイパス手段とからなることを特
徴とする導体パターンの検査装置。
