【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は主として高温のコーヒー抽出液を氷片
群に向かつて流下させ、その流下抽出液が氷片群
の隙間を通つて流下する際の直接熱交換作用をも
つて前記抽出液を冷却してアイスコーヒーを製造
する場合に用いられるもので、詳しくは氷収納ケ
ース内の上部に配置されて、前記ケースの上方か
ら流下されるコーヒー等の嗜好飲料抽出液を前記
ケース内に収納された氷片群に対し、拡散した状
態で滴下させるべく構成されるコーヒー等の嗜好
飲料抽出液冷却用の板状拡散滴下器に関する。

要求される。この要望にこたえるものとして従来
第8図に示すように底壁に多数の細孔01を散在
させた拡散滴下器02が知られており、これをロ
ートと氷収納ケースの間で且つ氷収納ケースの上
部に配置してコーヒー抽出液を氷片群上に拡散滴
下して急速に冷却するものであるが、このもの
は、滴下抽出液によつて氷片群に大きな孔をつく
り、それが以後の抽出液の通り道となつてしまわ
ないようにする必要があることから、散在させた
細孔01が1mm〜2mm程度の極小の孔径に制約さ
れ、それに伴なつて通過抵抗が大になることと表
面張力の影響で孔01内において架橋現象を生じ
易いことと相俟つて、その細孔01をスムーズに
通過させるためにはある程度の水頭圧が必要であ
る。それ故に、比較的多くの細孔を設ける割に急
速冷却が行ないにくく、かつ、必要水頭圧が得ら
れないまでに液位が低下したのちはコーヒー抽出
液が拡散滴下器の上面に残留することになるの
で、それによる経済的な損失はもとより、残留液
が商品であるアイスコーヒー自体の価値を低下す
るとの印象を与えるといつた問題があつた。

び周縁係止部とで囲まれる状態で複数の拡散抽出
液滴下用開口が形成されていることを特徴とす

納ケース3内周面に密接接当させた状態でそのケ
ース3の上縁に係止保持される段状の周縁係止部
4並びに、前記面板部5と周縁係止部4とを部分
的に繋ぐ帯板状の複数の連繋部8…とが備えら
れ、もつてこれら連繋部8…の周方向で相隣るも
のと前記面板部5及び周縁係止部4とで囲まれる
状態で円弧状の複数の拡散抽出液滴下器開口7…
が形成されたものである。
