Below, Figures 1 to 3 are related to the first embodiment of the present invention.
This will be explained with reference to the figures. Reference numeral 1 denotes an outer box of a two-tub type washing machine, and inside this case, a plastic washing tank 2 and a dewatering tank 3 are arranged side by side. A washing motor 4 is fixed to the bottom of the outer box 1, and the rotational force of the washing motor 4 is transmitted via a belt transmission mechanism 5 to a pulsator 6, which is rotatably and watertightly provided on the inner bottom of the washing tub 2. It is transmitted to the shaft and the pulsator 6
It is designed to be driven in rotation. A cylindrical drain port 7 is formed near the pulsator 6 on the bottom of the washing tub 2 to drain water from the washing tub 2 to the outside, and a drain hose 8 is connected to the drain port 7.
This communicates with the outside of the washing machine via the drain valve 9. Reference numeral 10 denotes an operation box installed at the rear of the upper surface of the outer box. Inside this box, various operating parts such as a washing timer 11, a spin-drying timer 12, a switching pot 13, etc. are provided, and an opening communicating with the upper surface of the washing tub 2 is provided at the left end of the operation box. A cylindrical water supply port body 14 is formed protruding from the front surface of the operation box 10. Reference numeral 15 denotes a detergent dissolving device installed on the inner wall surface of the washing tub 2. This will be described in detail below. In FIG. The water flow chamber is formed to bulge into two stages with the upper stage deepening outwards, and an engaging rib 17 is provided at the bottom of the front face of the opening, and protrusions facing each other are provided on the left and right sides of the front face of the upper stage 18. A locking protrusion 19 is formed. On the other hand, reference numeral 20 designates a filter as a cover, and inlet holes 21 as inflow portions are formed on both left and right sides of the substantially lower half, each of which is formed by arranging rectangular through holes in the vertical direction so that the washing water flow can easily flow in. The center plane between the left and right inlet holes 21 is moved back to form the engagement recess 22.
At the same time, a mesh-like water passage portion 23 is formed on the entire inner surface thereof to a degree that detergent solids do not easily permeate therethrough. Immediately above the mesh water passage portion 23, the engagement recess 22 is formed in a convex shape further upward to provide an escape recess 24, and there is no engagement between the mesh water passage portion 23 and the escape recess 24. A matching hole 25 is formed. Reference numeral 26 indicates an engagement rib protruding downward from the lowermost surface of the filter 20, and reference numeral 27 indicates a pivot hole formed below the left and right sides of the engagement recess 22. Further, on the left and right sides of approximately the upper half of the filter 20, elastic pieces 29 are provided which protrude rearward and have engagement claws 28 at their tips. 3
Reference numeral 0 denotes a net bag with a mesh mesh that is difficult for solid detergent to pass through and is denser than the mesh water passage portion 23, and its open end 31 is connected to a rectangular mounting frame 3 having a fitting groove 32.
3 and a similarly rectangular fitting frame 34 that fits into the fitting groove 32, so that the opening is always square. Further, a pivot 35 is provided on the left and right sides below the mounting frame 33, and a locking piece 3 is provided on the upper central portion of the mounting frame 33, protruding along the opening direction of the mounting frame 33.
6 and a handhold piece 37 extending outward at right angles thereto are each integrally formed. The attachment relationship between the filter 20, the net bag 30, and the water chamber 16 is as follows. That is, the engaging rib 26 at the lower end of the filter 20 is engaged with the engaging rib 17 formed at the bottom of the front surface of the water chamber 16 on the water chamber 16 side, and the filter 20 is raised and rotated upwards, causing the water to flow. If you press it against the front of chamber 16,
The elastic piece 29 of the filter 20 is attached by engaging the engaging claw 28 at the tip with the locking protrusion 19 on the upper stage of the water flow chamber 16. As a result, the filter 20 and the water flow chamber 16 covered by the filter 20
A gap 38 is formed by using the left and right inflow holes 21 as a water inlet and a water outlet. Then, the pivot 35 of the attachment frame 33 attached to the opening 31 of the net bag 30 is inserted into the pivot hole 27 below the engagement recess 22 of the filter 20 attached in this way, while bending the attachment frame 33. The mounting frame 33, which is now rotatable with respect to the filter 20, is connected to the mesh water passage portion 23 by engaging the upper locking piece 36 with the engagement hole 25 formed on the filter 20 side. On the other hand, in a closed state,
And it is made to be held so that it can be opened and closed.

ることができる。 Next, the operation of the above structure will be explained. First, before starting the washing process, powdered detergent is set in the detergent dissolving device 15. The procedure is filter 20
Insert your finger into the handle piece 37 of the mounting frame 33 from inside the relief recess 24 of the filter 20 and pull the attached net bag 30, remove the locking piece 36 from the engagement hole 25, and remove the net bag 30 from the engagement hole 25. The open end 31 of the bag 30 is opened (see the two-dot chain line in FIG. 3). Then, the powdered detergent is stored in the mesh bag 30 through the open end 31, and then the open end 31 of the mesh bag 30 is attached to the mesh water passage part 23 of the filter 20 in a closed state as described above. . At this stage, the powdered detergent does not flow out of the net bag 30 yet. Then, the laundry is put into the washing tub 2, and water is supplied to the specified water level. As a result, the net bag 30 is submerged under the water surface, and when the washing timer 11 is set and the pulsator 6 is rotated to generate washing water flow,
The net bag 30 is in a floating state in the water, and laundry collides with it, and water flowing in from the left and right inflow holes 21 of the filter 20 flows into the mesh water passage section 23.
By passing through the mesh bag 30 or directly through the mesh bag 30, the powdered detergent inside is gradually dissolved, becomes a solution, passes through the mesh of the mesh bag 30, and is eluted into the washing water. Therefore, the powdered detergent remains in the mesh bag 30 until it is dissolved into a liquid state, and only after it becomes a liquid state does it flow out into the washing tub 2, so that the solid content and insoluble content of the powdered detergent may adhere to the laundry. It is possible to reliably use detergent liquid without any problems. Further, unlike the conventional method, dissolving the detergent in a separate container in advance eliminates the need for time and effort, and therefore, washing can be completed in a short time. Furthermore, since the open end 31 of the mesh bag 30 containing powdered detergent is closed with the mesh water passage part 23 formed on the filter 20 side, in the unlikely event that laundry or water flow etc. The bag 30 is a mesh water passage part 2
Even if you are pushed back to the 3rd side,
The undissolved detergent solid content inside the mesh bag 30 does not flow into the washing tub 2, and the mesh mesh is set so that the mesh bag 30 is denser than the mesh water passage part 23, so that the water flow direction is meshed. Net bag 30 from the water passage section 23 side
It becomes easier to flow inward, and detergent liquid can be made more reliably.

In addition, one side of the water guiding plate 42, which is also a vertically long rectangular water guiding wall portion, is formed into a cylindrical pivot 43 and rotatably supported on the groove 41, and the water guiding plate 42
A regulating body 44 is formed between the inflow hole 21 of the filter 20 and the mesh water passage part 23 to restrict the rotation range to the left and right width of the mesh water passage part 23. Accordingly, the water guide plate 42 rotates and functions as a water guide wall at each position to reliably guide the water flow to the entire surface of the mesh water passage part 23 even when the water flows from the inflow hole 21 side of either the left or right end of the filter 20. This allows powdered detergent to be dissolved more efficiently.

As described above, the present invention has a configuration in which a mesh bag is attached to the mesh-like water passage section provided with a predetermined gap between the inner wall surface of the washing tub and the opening end thereof is closed. Since the detergent is stored in the bag, the washing process can be started immediately without the trouble of separately dissolving the powdered detergent, and while the powdered detergent is in a solid state, it remains inside the mesh bag. This is a washing machine with high practical value, as it drains into the washing tub only after it is in a solution form, making it possible to reliably use the detergent solution without solids or insoluble components of the detergent adhering to the laundry. A detergent dissolving device may be provided.
