", Conventional example (2) shown in Utility Model Application Publication No. 51-157141, "Wheels running on both running surfaces of the hanger rail are provided on both sides of the hanging wheel body, and balls running on the running surface from both ends of the lower surface of the hanging wheel body are provided. Conventional example (3) ``Horizontal wheels are provided on the front, rear, left, and right sides of the lower surface of the door roller body'' as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 53-658 has been proposed, but the conventional example (1) ) and (2) have wheels on both sides of the suspension wheel body, so they can travel while suspending a heavier movable wall than conventional example (3). However, in cases where wheels are installed on both sides of the hanging wheel so that it can travel while suspending a heavy moving wall, if the wheel on one side is located in the branching groove at the branching part of the hanger rail, the wheel will not rotate. Moment and tilting moment act on the movable wall, and there is a problem in that the wheels of a heavy moving wall weighing about 2 to 5 tons get stuck in the branch groove and cannot be moved. For this reason, for example, if balls running on the running surface of the hanger rail are provided on the front, rear, left and right sides of the lower surface of the hanging wheel body, as in conventional example (2),
Even if the wheel is located in the branch groove, one of the balls will be on the running surface, but since the ball is provided on the bottom surface, the ball cannot be made larger, and it is difficult to support a moving wall weighing 2 to 5 tons. I couldn't. Conventionally, it has been virtually impossible to provide branch rails on moving walls weighing as much as 2 to 5 tons. In addition, in conventional example (2), even if a heavy moving wall is supported by balls, the width of the hanging wheel body becomes correspondingly wider because the balls that rest on the running surface are provided on the lower surface, and therefore, the width of the hanging wheel body becomes wider. The distance between the wheels provided on both sides becomes long, and the groove width of the hanger rail must be widened, which increases the cost of the hanger rail and makes it unsightly as the wide hanger rail is exposed on the ceiling.

Here, the suspension wheel main body 2 is rotatable with respect to the movable wall 1. A main wheel 5 that runs on one running surface 4 of the hanger rail 3 is rotatably attached to one side of the hanging wheel main body 2, and the other running surface 4 of the hanger rail 2 is attached to the front and rear of the other side of the hanging wheel main body 2. Two traveling sub wheels 6 are rotatably attached. Here, the main wheel 5 has a larger diameter than the subwheel 6, and the lower end of the main wheel 5 and the lower end of the subwheel 6 are on the same level, and as a result, the upper part of the main wheel 5 is on the subwheel 6. It protrudes upwards. Two direction auxiliary wheels 8 which rotate on a horizontal plane are rotatably attached to the lower surface side of the hanging wheel main body 2. Hanger rail 3 is the 4th
As shown in the figure, it has a substantially inverted U shape, and a running surface 4 is provided at the lower opening facing inward from both ends. A part of the guide rail section 6 is suspended downward from the inner upper surface of the hanger rail 3. Here, the main wheel 5 and two sub wheels 6 of the hanging wheel body 2 roll and run on each running surface 4 on both sides of the hanger rail 3, and in this case, only the upper end of the main wheel 5 runs on one side. This is opposed to the outer surface of the guide rail section 9. The hanger rail 3 has a T-shaped branch part, and the straight rail 3 has a T-shaped branch part.
One side of a is cut out and the ends of another straight rail 3b are butted together and connected, and an auxiliary rail 3c is further used at one corner of this T-shaped branch part. For the corner used, one guide rail portion 9 of the straight rail 3a
a, the guide rail portion 9b of the auxiliary rail 3c, and the guide rail portion 9c of the other straight rail 3b are continuous. Therefore, the hanging wheel main body 2 is connected to another straight rail 3b at a T-shaped branch part from the straight rail 3a.
When running at right angles to the main wheels 5, the main wheels 5 are arranged so as to be located on the auxiliary rail 3c side as shown in FIG. Guided straight rail 3
a to another straight rail 3b via the auxiliary rail 3c
At this time, the front auxiliary wheels 6 jump out from the running surface of one straight rail 3a, and then pass through the auxiliary running surface 10 and run on the other straight rail 3b. Get on the running surface,
When the front secondary wheel 6 rides on the auxiliary running surface 10 or the running surface 4 of the other straight rail 3b, the rear secondary wheel 6 jumps out from the running surface 4 of one straight rail 3a, and then this rear secondary wheel 6 rides on the running surface 4 of the other straight rail 3b. 6 passes through the auxiliary running surface 10 and runs on the running surface 4 of the other straight rail 3b. In this way, when turning a corner, at least one of the two auxiliary wheels 6 is always on the running surface 4 or the auxiliary running surface 10. On the other hand, despite the T-shaped branch part, the straight rail 3
When running only the wheel a, the secondary wheels 6 are arranged so as to be located on the side of the auxiliary rail 3c as shown in FIG. 9a to travel in a straight line on the straight rail 3a, and at this time, the front subwheel 6 jumps out to the cut part of the running surface 4 of the straight rail 3a, and the front subwheel 6 After riding on the running surface in front of the cut portion, the rear secondary wheels 6 continue to ride on the running surface 4 in front of the cut portion of the running surface 4. Moreover, FIG. 7 shows an example in which a straight rail 3a and another straight rail 3b perpendicular to this are connected by a corner rail 3d, and an example in which the hanging wheel main body 2 runs around this corner is shown.

Even when viewed from above, an auxiliary rail is installed diagonally to soften sharp turns at corners, and the auxiliary rail connects the branched running surfaces of the hanger rails that are connected in a T-shape. The guide rail parts of the and auxiliary rails are connected, and the auxiliary running surface, which is approximately triangular in plan view and is approximately flush with the branching and non-branching running surfaces, is auxiliary at the point facing the auxiliary rail on the other butt corner side of the hanger rail. The distance between the triangular hypotenuse of the auxiliary running surface, which is formed in a substantially triangular shape and extending toward the rail side, and the auxiliary rail surface is approximately equal to the groove width between the branched and non-branched running surfaces, and the triangular auxiliary running surface is The protruding side adjacent to the hypotenuse of the auxiliary rail is made approximately parallel to the non-branching running surface, and the distance between the protruding side and the non-branching running surface is approximately equal to the groove width between the branching and non-branching running surfaces. The distance in the length direction between the tip of the hypotenuse of the triangular auxiliary running surface and the non-branched running surface is set smaller than the center-to-center distance between the two subwheels, and the first or second The main wheel housed in the running section is mounted on the running surface on that side, the upper side surface of the main wheel is opposed to the guide rail section so that it can abut on the side, and the main wheel is housed in the second or first running section. The secondary wheel is mounted on the running surface on that side, and the secondary wheel is lower than the guide rail section, so the main wheel cannot run in either the first running section or the second running section in which it is housed. Although the main wheel is guided by the guide rail section in the section and can run in a straight line or branch, the distance between the centers of the two sub wheels is Since the distance between the hypotenuse end of the auxiliary running surface that receives the secondary wheels at the branching point of the rail and the non-branching running surface is greater, one of the two auxiliary wheels is always either the auxiliary running surface or the non-branching or non-branching running surface. It is supported on the branching running surface, and since one subwheel is always supported in this way, the suspension wheel body can be supported without tilting, without the need to provide a ball or the like on which the lower surface of the suspension wheel body rests. The suspension wheel body is rotatably attached to the upper end at the center in the front-rear direction and width direction, and the main wheel is rotatably attached to the front-rear center on one side of the suspension wheel body. are both located at the center of the suspension wheel body in the longitudinal direction, so the hanging load applied to the shaft for mounting on the movable wall will rotate the main wheel in the longitudinal direction, even if there is no ball placed on the running surface on the underside of the suspension wheel body. This prevents the main wheel from rotating under the hanging load even if one of the subwheels is not supported.

利点がある。 In other words, in the present invention, when one of the two secondary wheels is not supported at the branch part of the hanger rail, it is possible to receive the hanging load without providing a separate ball on the lower surface of the hanging wheel body that rests on the running surface. The main wheel is not tilted to the left or right, and the main wheel is not rotated by applying a rotational moment, so the secondary wheel does not collide with the branch groove.
It has the advantage of being able to smoothly move a moving wall weighing tons of weight. Furthermore, since there is no need to provide a ball or the like to rest on the running surface on the underside of the hanging wheel body, the distance between the wheels installed on both sides of the hanging wheel body can be shortened, the width of the hanger rail can be shortened, and costs can be reduced. The presence of a narrow hanger rail on the ceiling has the advantage of not being unsightly. In addition, compared to the case where a ball is provided on the lower surface of the hanging wheel main body at the branch point and this ball is supported on the running surface, since it is supported by one main wheel and at least one subwheel, the movable wall It has the advantage of being able to stably support objects weighing 2 to 5 tons.

ある。 In addition, shafts are protruded near both ends of the upper surface of the movable wall, and a hanging wheel body is rotatably attached to the upper end of each shaft, and a main wheel with a diameter larger than the height of the hanging wheel body is mounted on one side of the hanging wheel body. The suspension wheel is rotatably mounted with a part thereof protruding upward, and a sub wheel having a smaller diameter than the main wheel is rotatably mounted at a position lower than the main wheel at the front and rear of the other side of the hanging wheel main body, and the first or second running section A main wheel housed in the second or first running section is placed on the running surface on that side, and the upper side surface of the main wheel faces the guide rail section so that it can abut on the side, and a secondary wheel housed in the second or first running section is mounted. Place it on the running surface on that side,
Because the secondary wheel is lower than the guide rail part,
By rotating the suspension wheel body around the shafts provided near both ends of the top surface of the moving wall, the orientation of the suspension wheel bodies on the two front and rear axes can be reversed, or the suspension wheel bodies on the two front and rear axes can be rotated. By reversing the directions of the hanging wheels and locating the main wheels on the front and back sides of the moving wall, the main wheels can be changed so that the directions match. The wheel is guided by the guide rail part, and the direction of the movable wall, which is a room partition, is changed in accordance with the position of the main wheel at the rail branch part to the approximately H-shaped hanger rail. When storing two movable walls approximately parallel to each other, or when aligning the main wheels with the front or back side of the movable wall by aligning the directions of the suspension wheels, as shown in Fig. 9, To partition a room by running a movable wall along a hanger rail, the main wheels of the multiple movable walls in the first group must be aligned in the same direction, and the main wheels of the multiple movable walls in the rear group must be aligned in the same direction. By arranging them in the opposite direction to those of the first group, you can make the moving wall run straight or branch at the position of the main wheels.
It is also possible to align the front and back surfaces of the movable wall.
