Claims (1)
- 三面を壁部で囲われるクリーンルーム内の一面
開口部両脇に立設され、前記ルーム内の天井面に
延長する一対のガイドレールと、該ガイドレール
に沿つて走行可能な一ないし複数のクリーンエア
吹出口ユニツヘと、該吹出口ユニツトに一端縁を
連結され、他端縁を隣接する吹出口ユニツトまた
は前記開口部下縁、あるいはガイドレールの天井
面端縁に連結されて前記吹出口ユニツトの移動に
応じてガイドレールに沿つて伸縮し、ガイドレー
ル間を覆う遮蔽部材とを備えたことを特徴とする
吹出口可変設定式クリーンルーム装置。
