The air balance panel was made to move up and down relative to the car's body. As a result, when the air balance panel moves downward, air does not flow between the vehicle body and the road surface, reducing air resistance when the vehicle is running. On the other hand, in places where the car body is likely to swing and come close to the road surface, such as when driving on a defile, the air balance panel is moved upward to prevent it from interfering with the road surface.
しかしながら、上述した従来の技術では、エア

As a result, air enters between the lower surface of the automobile body and the upper surface of the air balance panel, making it impossible to reliably and efficiently reduce air resistance.

The drive means causes the shift lever to move up and down in response to whether or not it is located in the high speed range, and
It is integrally formed with a resin bumper in a substantially U-shape from the front side of the body along the sides, and has a flexible part that can be freely expanded and contracted in the vertical direction of the body between the bumper and the bumper. However, the air balance panel is configured such that it is continuous with the bumper through the flexible portion without any gap. Moreover, a plurality of flange portions are formed on the flexible portion at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction and project approximately horizontally toward the outside of the body.

Furthermore, no air enters between the bumper and the air balance panel when the vehicle is running, making it possible to reliably and efficiently reduce air resistance.

Furthermore, the air is rectified by the flange portion, which improves the effect of reducing air resistance and prevents wind noise from occurring.

The air balance panel 12 is integrally formed with the bumper 11 in a substantially U-shape along the body, and reduces air resistance that occurs when the vehicle is running at high speed. Furthermore, the front surface of the bumper 11 and the front surface of the air balance panel 12 are integrally formed so as to be continuous. Therefore, no air can enter between the automobile body 10 and the air balance panel 12.

Reference numerals 16 and 17 indicate parallel links arranged within the air balance panel 12, and the end of the arm 15 is pivotally supported approximately at the center of one link 16. two links 16, 17
One end is pivotally supported on the vehicle body 10 side, and the other end is pivotally supported inside the lower end of the air balance panel 12, respectively. Thereby, the air balance panel 12 is supported by the automobile body 10 so as to be able to move up and down.

When the shift lever 18 is in the high-speed range, the arm 15 is extended by the driving of the driving means 14, pushing down the other ends of the links 16 and 17, and the flexible portion 13 of the air balance panel 12 is extended as shown in Figs. 2 and 3. As a result, the air balance panel 12 moves downward horizontally relative to the road surface as a whole. This prevents air from entering between the road surface and the automobile body, and reduces air resistance. When the shift lever 18 is moved to the low-speed range, the switch 19 is turned off, the arm 15 is contracted, and the air balance panel 12 moves upward.
As a result, the air balance panel 12 is accommodated under the bumper 11 (see FIG. 1).

また、製造価格が安価となるという利点がある。 Moreover, since the air balance panel is formed integrally with the bumper, the configuration is extremely simple.
Furthermore, there is an advantage that the manufacturing cost is low.

Therefore, when the air balance panel moves downward, its entire lower surface comes into contact with the road surface. Therefore, even if the air balance panel is moved down to the same height from the road surface, the amount of air that enters between the air balance panel and the road surface can be reduced compared to when the air balance panel is rotated. From this point of view,
It also means that air resistance can be reduced compared to conventional devices. In particular, since the air balance panel has a substantially U-shape, it is possible to prevent air from entering from the sides as well as the front of the body, which significantly reduces air resistance.
