As is known, in this type of filth suction device 4, as shown in the drawing, a filth suction pipe 2 having a filth suction port 1 is connected to a container body 3.
The exhaust port 5, which is connected to the 8 is supplied with sealed water A from the water supply port 9, and by operating the same pump 8, a negative pressure is created in the container body 3 of the suction device 4, and the negative pressure is used to The filth is sucked and received into the container body 3 from the filth suction port 1 through the filth suction pipe 2.

Now, when such a filth suction device 4 is operated by the exhaust device 6, it of course exhibits a normal suction function for a certain period of time, but as it continues to be used, the suction function deteriorates and the suction pump eventually stops working. A situation has arisen in which the rotation of 8 itself stops.

Conventionally, when such a situation occurs, the countermeasure taken is to seal water A of the suction pump 8,
The objective is not only to discharge the solids from the drain port 12, but also to remove the solids detected from various parts of the pump 8. After such work, operation must be restarted, so it is necessary to Not only does this require a considerable amount of time and effort, but the filth suction device 4 becomes unusable during this time, so there is a problem in that a spare exhaust device for the filth suction device must be provided separately.

The present invention aims to solve these problems and provide an exhaust system that can guarantee the normal operation of the filth suction device over a long period of time. A water sealing circulation line is created by connecting a water suction line 14 which is connected to the suction pump 8 and the water supply port 9 and receives water from the water supply source 13, and a drainage line 15 which is also connected to the drain port 12. 16, and at this time, a circulation pump 17 and a filter 18 are connected in series to the line 16.

In this way, if the circulation pump 17 is operated in a timely manner, the seal water A in the suction pump 8 will circulate through the water seal circulation line 16, and at this time, it will pass through the filter 18, so the seal water A will flow through the water seal circulation line 16. The above-mentioned solid matter generated in the suction pump 8 is removed here, and as a result, the water seal A is kept in a state where the solid matter does not interfere with the operation of the suction pump 8 by operating the pump 17 in a timely manner. will be done.

The present invention, as embodied by the above embodiments,
Regarding the suction pump 8 in the conventional exhaust device,
Between the water supply port 9 and the drain port 12, a water seal is formed by serially connecting a water supply line 14 connected to the water supply port 9, a drainage line 15 connected to the drain port 12, a circulation pump 17, and a filter 18. Since the configuration is such that a circulation line 16 is attached, it is essential to replace the seal water and clean the suction pump in case of a conventional device without such an attached configuration. In contrast to the case where the water seal had to be replaced after about 7 days when the suction pump 8 was put into use, there was no abnormality in the rotational state of the suction pump 8, and the suction capacity of the suction device did not decrease. The company was able to continue its operation without any problems.

These results were obtained because the solid matter that obstructs the rotation of the suction pump and reduces the suction power as described above is generally expected to be due to iron rust from the piping system,
It does not depend on iron bacteria, etc., and the filth sucked into the filth suction device 4 does not flow into the suction pump 8, and furthermore, the phenol-based and alcohol-based chemicals introduced as described above undergo no change. It is not generated in solid matter, and there is an extremely rich amount of dissolved oxygen in the sealed water, and the conditions for continuous replenishment of oxygen (air) are satisfied, and the suction device is As mentioned above, phenol-based and alcohol-based chemicals are used, and the waste suction device 4 is used under temperature conditions such as hospital rooms and operating rooms, so bacteria generated in the presence of dissolved oxygen. This is due to the fact that the essence of the solid material is a slime (community) of protozoa such as aerobic microorganisms.

It was also confirmed that the essence of the solid material was the slime of aerobic microorganisms as described above, but the microorganisms were formed by the presence of oxygen and temperature conditions as described above, as well as by the presence of alcohol injected into the waste suction device 4. Alcohol-based chemicals, which are superior to phenol-based chemicals as a nutrient source (feed) for protozoa, are particularly advantageous because they become vapor and are sucked into the suction pump 8 and are dissolved in the sealed water A. In this case, the trouble caused by solid matter will increase, and in the present invention, such aerobic microorganisms can be removed from the seal water A by the filter 18 of the water seal circulation line 16, so that the problem By simply operating the line 16 in a timely manner, the solid material A without any solid matter can be continuously used, and the various drawbacks of the conventional equipment can be substantially eliminated, and a highly reliable exhaust system for the filth suction device can be created. We will be able to provide it.
