As is well known, in this type of cooking device, heaters are arranged above and below a roughly box-shaped cooking chamber, and food can be placed between these and heated by the upper and lower heaters to be baked, or it can be placed outside the roughly box-shaped cooking chamber. A built-in steam generator sends heated steam into the cooking chamber for steam cooking. However, especially in the case of steam cooking, the heated steam adheres to the ceramic body supporting the heater and condenses, causing dew to build up over time. As time passes, the heated steam becomes large droplets, and the entire heater supporting pottery is flooded with water. In such a state, the electrical insulation resistance of the ceramic body for supporting the heater decreases and the insulation performance deteriorates, resulting in an extremely dangerous situation where electric shock is likely to occur. Therefore, electric steam ovens use temperature regulators such as thermostats to prevent the temperature inside the cooking chamber from rising.
A water-repellent insulator such as silicone rubber is installed between the ceramic body for supporting the heater and the cooking chamber, so that even if the ceramic body gets wet with steam, the electrical insulation between it and the cooking chamber will not deteriorate due to the insulator. As a result, there was no risk of electric shock, etc., and it was safe.

きなかつた。 However, in cooking devices such as toaster ovens that are mainly used for baking bread, there is no temperature regulator such as a thermostat to prevent the temperature inside the cooking chamber from rising, and the inside of the cooking chamber of this type of cooking device is continuously energized. This exceeds the heat resistance temperature (approximately 180°C) of insulators such as silicone rubber, making it impossible to use this type of insulator between the heater support ceramic body and the cooking cabinet.

The ceramic body 4 for supporting the heater is mounted so as to be located inside the left and right side plates 5, 5' constituting the cooking cabinet. This ceramic body 4 for supporting a heater is composed of a substantially cylindrical large diameter part and a small diameter part, and forms a recess 4a into which the end of the heater 1 is inserted, and a through hole 4b continuous with the recess 4a. There is. Further, a protrusion 4c having a substantially triangular cross section is formed at the lower part of the outer peripheral portion of the heater supporting ceramic body 4 on the inlet side of the hollow pipe 2. A rib 4d is formed in the through hole 4b, and a conductive plate 6 that passes through the through hole 4b and is electrically connected to the heating wire 3 is supported on the rib 4d. Reference numeral 7 denotes a reflector that constitutes the top and rear surfaces, and a cooking cabinet 8 is constituted by this reflector 7 and the left and right side plates 5, 5'.

5' and the reflecting plate 7, heated steam adheres to the ceramic body 4 for supporting the heater, and the droplets tend to connect to the surface of the ceramic body 4 for supporting the heater, but the cross section formed on the ceramic body 4 for supporting the heater has a substantially triangular shape. protrusion 4c
Since the droplets are separated, the same effect as when an insulator with good water repellency is provided can be achieved.
During this steam cooking, the heating wire 3 is configured not to be energized by a changeover switch (not shown).

Even if the water droplets form into water droplets, the water droplets can be quickly dropped into the cooking cabinet by the protrusion with a substantially triangular cross section formed at least at the bottom of the hollow pipe inlet side of the outer periphery of the ceramic body for supporting the heater. There is no possibility that the cooking chamber will infiltrate into the hollow pipe, and as a result, there will be no electrical continuity between the cooking chamber and the heating wire in the hollow pipe, so that sufficient insulation of the cooking chamber can be ensured. Furthermore, even if water were to enter the through-hole, the ribs formed in the through-hole would keep the conductive plate afloat, so the conductive plate would not be immersed in the water. It is possible to ensure the insulation of the cooking chamber.
