Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被測定物に水分測定用電極を接触させて電気的
    な特性を得ることにより被測定物の水分を測定す
    る水分測定装置において、水分測定用電極部の温
    度を検出するセンサーと、被測定物の温度を検出
    するセンサーと、水分測定用電極部を温めるヒー
    ターと、前記二つの温度検出センサーによつて得
    られる信号に基づいてヒーター電流を制御する温
    度コントロール装置とを備えたことを特徴とする
    水分測定装置。
