ランジスタ検査装置の被検査トランジスタの取付
け部に被検査トランジスタを取付けた状態を示す
断面図、第３図は従来のトランジスタ検査装置の
一例を示す図、第４図は従来のトランジスタ検査
装置の被検査トランジスタ取付け部に被検査トラ
ンジスタを取付けた状態を示す断面図である。 図において１はトランジスタ検査装置、２は被
検査トランジスタ取付け部、３は乾燥ガス取入れ
口、４は乾燥ガス噴出口、５はパイプ、６は被検
査トランジスタ、７は被検査トランジスタの外部
電極、８は絶縁物、９はコンタクトである。なお
図中、同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 被検査電子部品の外部電極間を絶縁している絶
縁物の表面に乾燥ガスを吹きつけるように配置さ
れた乾燥ガスの噴出口と、上記噴出口に乾燥ガス
を導くための乾燥ガスの流路と、上記流路に乾燥
ガスを供給するための乾燥ガスの取入れ口とを備
え、被検査電子部品の電気特性を検査する際に、
被検査電子部品の外部電極間を絶縁している絶縁
物の表面に乾燥ガスを吹きつけるようにしたこと
を特徴とする電子部品の検査装置。
