For this reason, the soles of shoes manufactured by the slush method have the drawback of being easy to slip on snow, especially in areas where it is snowy and cold in winter.
Japanese Patent Publication No. 47-28221 discloses a method for manufacturing non-slip slush shoes, but since the tip of the non-slip metal fitting is always protruding from the ground surface of the sole, the anti-slip effect is sufficiently exerted on snowy roads. However, on normal road surfaces, the tips of the anti-slip fittings hit the road surface, not only damaging the road surface, but also making the wearer extremely uncomfortable.

This relates to slush shoes with anti-slip devices that have a structure in which the claws of the anti-slip device can be stored in the front recess of the heel part of the sole when the anti-slip effect is not required. It is.

Like the anti-slip device disclosed in No. 476297 (Figure 1) or Design Registration No. 548307 (not shown), the anti-slip part 2 has a claw 2a that can be reversed (approximately 180 degrees). As shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. 5, and FIG. 9 is inserted to fix the anti-slip tool 1 to the fixing plate 6. As for the fixing method, either a completely fixing type caulking rivet is used or a removable type screw or bolt is used.

る。 The tip of the claw 2a of the anti-slip device 1 of the slush shoe with anti-slip device of the present invention does not always protrude from the ground surface 11 of the heel portion 10, but when anti-slip is required, the tip is shown in FIGS. 3 and 5. As shown in the figure, the claw 2a of the anti-slip part 2 is made to protrude from the ground contact surface 11 of the heel part 10, so that when walking on a slippery road surface such as a frozen road surface or a snow-covered road surface, the tip of the claw 2a digs into the road surface. to prevent slipping. In addition, when walking on a normal road surface, that is, when no anti-slip is required, the anti-slip part 2 is almost completely closed as shown in Figure 4.
By turning the claw 2a 180 degrees and moving it to the concave part 12 on the front side of the heel part 10, the tip of the claw 2a will not protrude from the ground surface 11, so it will not come into contact with the road surface. It has the advantage that it can be used without damaging the surface.

However, it has a structure with one or more fixing holes 7 on each end side, and the other parts are buried leaving both ends as shown in Fig. 3, or the entire heel part is buried as shown in Fig. 5. Since the connecting portion 8 is completely and firmly buried within the heel portion 10, the anti-slip device 1 of the slush shoes with anti-slip device of the present invention is embedded in the heel portion 10 through the fixing plate 6. Since the anti-slip device 1 is attached directly to the heel portion of a normal shoe made of slush shoe material, it will not fall off during use.

As shown in FIG. 6, the fixing device 6 is arranged so as to fit into the hole 7, and a sol solution containing vinyl chloride resin paste is injected into the inside S of the mold 16, and the fixing device 6 is also covered with the sol solution. A heel portion 10, a body portion 13, and a body portion 13 having a predetermined thickness are embedded, and then the mold 16 is heated to undergo a gelling treatment, and then a gelled resin layer is formed on the inner surface of the mold 16 by a so-called slush method. 6 is heated to melt the gelled resin layers of the heel part 10, body part 13, and bottom part 14 in the mold 16, and then the heel core 1 is placed in the inner hollow part of the heel part 10.
After injecting and filling a predetermined amount of material No. 5 and reheating or discharging the ungelled sol liquid, the heel core material No. 15 is injected and filled into the inner hollow part of the heel portion 10, and then heated to melt the gel inside the mold. After the gelled resin layer is melted, it is cooled to solidify the gelled resin layer (including the heel core) in the mold 16 in which the fixing device 6 is embedded in the heel portion 10, thereby forming an anti-slip device. A heel portion 1 having a concave portion 12 and a ground surface 11 to which the heel portion 1 can be fixed.
0. The slush shoe (FIG. 6B) on which the torso 13 and sole 14 have been formed is removed from the mold 16. At this time, since the fixture 6 is buried in the heel part 10, when the slush shoe is pulled out from the mold 16, the fixture 6 is pulled out simultaneously with the shoe while being fixed to the heel part 10 of the shoe, as shown in FIG. Desired shoes like B can be obtained.
