本考案は筆記具の本体の構造に関するものであ

れらの筆記具を例えば40℃以上の高温下で長時間
使用しないよう注意しなければならない制約があ

本考案はまず本体が先軸と後軸とのクリツク嵌
合等により構成されていて尾栓を使用しないの
で、従来品の如く高温下で尾栓が抜出したり弛緩
したりしてこの部分よりインキの逆流現象が生ず
ることもなく高温下での充分に使用に耐え得る優
れた筆記具を提供し得るものであり、加うるに本
考案に於てはキヤツプを筆記具本体に冠着するに
ついて特にその先軸部分を避けて後軸部分にこれ
をクリツク嵌合するようにしたので、キヤツプの
抜去は先軸とは無関係に行われることになりこの
ためにキヤツプを筆記具本体より抜去する際にこ
れと一緒に先軸を牽引して先軸と後軸とのクリツ
ク嵌合などによる嵌着部に弛みを生じさせこの部
よりのインク漏れの原因となるようなアクシデン
トを完全に回避するを得る等の諸効果を有するも
