Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
射出成形において成形サイクルの表示は生産効
率、成形工程の異常を知るために有効な手段であ
る。然し、射出成形機は連続自動運転を行い、サ
イクルは連続して繰返えされるのでサイクル計時
とサイクル表示は別々にされなければならない。
従来射出成形機では成形サイクルをサイクル終了
毎にデイジタル表示はされてなかつた。本考案は
射出成形機の連続自動運転のサイクル表示に関す
るものである。次に図面に従つて説明する。1は
パルス発生器であり型閉入力信号によつてパルス
を発生させる。2はフリツプフロツプでありパル
ス発生器1の発生パルスによつて出力を発生す
る。3はカウンタであり射出成形機のサイクルを
計時する。4は7セグメントドライバであり5は
デジタル表示盤である。カウンタ3のBCD出力
によつてデジタル表示盤5にデジタル表示させ
る。7セグメントドライバ4のデジタル表示はフ
リツプフロツプ2の出力によつて保持される。6
は遅延回路でありフリツプフロツプ2の出力を一
定時間遅延させフリツプフロツプ2の出力の7セ

(BCD出力)を7セグメントドライバ4に伝達し
サイクル時間をデジタル表示盤5に表示する。1
サイクルが完了し次のサイクルが開始されると型
閉入力信号によりパルス発生器がパルスをカウン
タ3とフリツプフロツプ2に伝達する。パルスに
よつてカウンタ3の計数はリセツトされ再び0か
ら計数を開始する。一方フリツプフロツプ2に伝
達されたパルスはフリツプフロツプの出力を生じ
させ7セグメントドライバの表示を保持させる。
従つて前のサイクルをデジタル表示盤が遅延回路
6によつて予め定められた時間だけ表示する。遅
延回路によつて予め定められた時間を経過すると
フリツプフロツプはリセツトされ7セグメントド
ライバの表示保持は解除され、デジタル表示盤は

成形機において成形サイクル開始の信号によつて
パルスを発生するパルス発生器1を設け該パルス
発生器1から発生したパルスによつて作動し計時
を行うカウンタ3のBCD出力によつてデジタル
表示する7セグメントドライバ4を設け、一方パ
ルス発生器1のパルスによつて7セグメントドラ
イバ4の表示を保持するフリツプフロツプ2を設
け、一定時間後フリツプフロツプ2をリセツトさ
せる遅延回路6を設けたことを特長とする射出成
