Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 感光体ドラムから原稿を剥離するための手
    段として、分離コロトロンと分離フインガーとを
    備えてなる複写機において、分離コロトロンによ
    る剥離部分よりも上の部分に剥離フインガーを回
    動可能に設け、前記分離コロトロンと剥離フイン
    ガーとの間に所定の間隔で用紙センサーと、用紙
    ガイド部材とを設け、分離コロトロンによつて剥
    離されずに進行した用紙を用紙センサーで検知し
    たときにのみ、剥離フインガーを作動させるよう
    に構成したことを特徴とする用紙剥離装置。 (2) 用紙センサーが第１のタイミング信号によ
    り用紙を検知した後で、所定の時間の後に第２の
    タイミング信号の出力を行い、そのときに感光体
    ドラムの表面に用紙が付着していることが検知さ
    れたときには、複写機の動作を停止させるように
    構成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第(1)項記載の用紙剥離装置。
