Spring steel always has an excessive force to keep it in a straight state, making it difficult to pass through a bent tubular body, resulting in fatigue damage from bent parts, rusting of the entire body, and strong splashing during use. There were many drawbacks such as the risk of injury to people and the risk of electric shock.

This has disadvantages such as poor durability and the need for a high-grade plastic material to have an appropriate repulsion force (linear restoring force) and a sufficiently large tensile force.

という欠点があつた。 Furthermore, in cases where a connecting metal fitting is used at the tip of the nominal wire, the nominal wire is inserted from the proximal end of the connecting metal fitting into the hollow interior of the connecting metal fitting, and is bent inside so that the nominal line cannot be pulled out from the connecting metal fitting. The disadvantage was that it was time consuming and not easy for anyone to do because it was connected in a similar way.

された点にある。 The present invention eliminates these drawbacks, does not cause electric shock, does not cause rust, does not stain indoor walls, etc., is inexpensive to manufacture, has strong tensile force, and is easy to install for induction connecting fittings. To provide a call line that can be easily and quickly replaced and repaired. Therefore, the feature of the present invention is that in a call line consisting of a call line main body and a guiding connecting fitting attached to the tip thereof, the call line main body has a metal core wire for repulsion and tensile reinforcement, and sliding friction. The induction connecting fitting is integrally formed with a synthetic resin coating layer for reducing resistance.
It consists of a latching head for latching the wiring material, a connecting fitting body with a screw hole formed on the base side, a terminal terminal having a small hole through which the core wire is inserted, and a male thread protrusion that is screwed into the screw hole. , insert the core wire at the tip of the call wire body from which the coating layer has been peeled off by a predetermined length from the base end of the small hole of the terminal terminal, and crush or bend the protruding part to use as a retaining part to attach the call wire to the terminal terminal. The main bodies are connected to each other, and the external threaded protrusion of the terminal terminal is screwed into the screw hole of the connecting fitting main body to connect the main body, and the call line main body and the guiding connecting fitting are connected. be.

する。 In FIGS. 1 and 2, the call line consists of a guiding connecting fitting 21 and a call line main body 3.
This is a wire in which a metal core wire 1 such as a piano wire and a synthetic resin coating layer 2 are integrally formed. The guide connecting fitting 21 is composed of a connecting fitting main body 6, a latch head 10 integrated therewith, and a terminal terminal 4 on the base side. The terminal terminal 4 has a recess 17 on the proximal side,
The other end has a male screw protrusion 22 in a protruding manner. A small hole 5 is inserted through the recess 17 from the back to the tip side, and the recess 17 and the small hole 5 form a stepped hole. Further, the connecting fitting main body 6 has a screw hole 15 on its base end surface into which the male threaded protrusion 22 is screwed,
Moreover, when screwing, a vacant space 25 is formed in the deep part of the screw hole 15.
The depth of the screw hole 15 is set to be large so that the screw hole 15 is formed. The latching head 10 at the other end has a latching hole 8 into which a wiring member 7 shown in FIG. 4, which will be described later, is latched.

It can be said that it is used for both repulsion and tensile reinforcement. Furthermore, the synthetic resin coating layer 2 covering the core wire 1 is used for sliding frictional resistance to reduce frictional resistance when sliding on the inner surface of the pipe 20 (as shown in FIG. 4), and for rust prevention. It also has the role of adding appropriate flexibility to the body so as not to strain the body, and also has electrical insulation properties.

As shown in FIG. 1, the terminal terminal 4 is inserted into and projected from the recess 17 into the small hole 5, and the tip of the coating layer 2 is fitted into the recess 17 over a minute range of dimensions. Therefore, as shown by the imaginary line in the same figure, the core wire 1 protruding from the tip end surface of the male thread protrusion 22 is bent to form a retaining hook 23 to firmly connect the terminal terminal 4 and the nominal wire main body 3 together. Link. Note that it is also preferable to crush the tip end of the core wire 1 to form the hook portion 23 (details not shown).

常に円滑に出来る。 Conventional call wires whose entire call line body was made of synthetic resin required expensive synthetic resin whose repulsive force (direct restorability) was tensile force, but the present invention has the ability to combine repulsive force and tensile force. Since the core wire 1 is made of a metal core wire 1 such as a piano wire, the coating layer 2 can be made of an inexpensive material such as nylon, making it possible to provide the nominal wire at a low cost. Furthermore, the sliding friction resistance is reduced due to the lubricity of the coating layer, so that it is relatively light and can be passed through even curved piping passages. Also, unlike conventional methods, it does not repel too strongly. In addition, the core wire 1 is inserted into the small hole 5 of the terminal terminal 4, the covering layer 2 is fitted into the recess 17, and the tip of the inserted core wire is crushed or bent with the exposed end to form a retaining hook portion 23. Since the terminal terminals 4 are connected so that they cannot be pulled out in the axial direction, and the connected terminal terminals 4 are screwed into the screw holes 15 and connected, the connecting work is significantly facilitated. In other words, the difficulty of inserting the calling wire from the proximal end of the connecting metal fitting into the hollow interior of the connecting metal fitting and performing the bending operation inside the connecting metal fitting as in the conventional method can be eliminated. In addition, since the coating layer 2 is fitted into the recess 17 and further fixed in the axial direction by the retaining hook 23, there is no play in the axial direction, and the step between the core wire 1 and the coating layer 2 is prevented. Since it is not exposed, the step does not hang over the corner of the curved piping passage. In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, a washer 9 made of a synthetic resin having sliding properties is provided between the male screw protrusion 22 of the terminal terminal 4 and the locking part 23, so that the call line main body 3 can be freely rotated. Therefore, the twist in the wiring material 7 can be removed during wiring, and this reduces the frictional resistance between the inside of the piping 20 and the wiring material 7, so that wiring or wiring work can be done very smoothly.

When doing so, since the connecting portion does not rub against the inside of the pipe, there is no frictional resistance, and thereby the wiring member 7 does not come off from the latching head 10.

Because it is placed on layer 2, the tensile force of the wiring material 7 is very strong, and because it is flexible and slippery, it can be passed through even curved piping passages relatively easily, and it is strongly splashed and struck by the worker. Since the coating layer 2 is made of an insulating synthetic resin, there is no danger of electric shock.Furthermore, the coating layer 2 prevents the core wire from rusting, which extends its service life and makes it easier for workers. It will not stain your hands or indoor walls.
