As shown in FIG. 8, a rotatable shaft 4 is provided in a cylindrical drum 1 having an inlet 2 and an outlet 3, and a protrusion or disc is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft 4 and the inner wall surface of the drum 1. A drum 1 is provided with a stirrer 5, and a drum 1 is filled with a large number of media consisting of poles 9 made of metal, glass, ceramic, etc. as a dispersion medium, and for example, materials and water are mixed in a predetermined ratio. The raw material consisting of the mixed liquid is introduced into the drum through the inlet port 2, and while this mixed liquid and the ball 9 are stirred by high-speed rotation of the shaft 4, the impact of the ball 9 transforms the material in the mixed liquid into moldy particles. After being dispersed into
A jacket 6 and a hollow part (not shown) are formed around the drum 1 and in the shaft 4 (not shown), which communicate with a refrigerant inlet lower part and an outlet 8, respectively, and the drum is heated during operation by the refrigerant circulating in the core part. 1 and the shaft 4 are cooled.

This has the disadvantage of requiring a large installation space. In addition, the media 9 itself shatters with use, making it infrequent to replace (and since it includes the media 9, etc., the starting torque is extremely large and requires a large amount of power for operation, so a large horsepower drive source is required. This results in high cost as well as high power consumption. Also, when stirring together with the raw material, it is heated to a high temperature due to the friction between the ball 9 and the drum 1, etc., so that it is necessary to prevent the raw material from deteriorating due to heating. However, it is necessary to install a heat exchange device around the drum for cooling, which also has the disadvantage that the entire device becomes large. [Objective] The present invention was developed to solve the drawbacks of the above-mentioned prior art. The purpose of this is to eliminate the need for balls and stirrers as dispersion media, to make the entire device more compact and to reduce the installation area by using a drive source with lower horsepower compared to conventional devices, and to prevent overheating. It is an object of the present invention to provide a dispersion device that does not require cooling i* for dispersion and is capable of dispersing materials that require particularly fine dispersion, such as paints and printing inks, into the required particle size. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention arranges rolling bearings 20 adjacent to each other in the width direction in a superimposed manner in a hollow cylindrical vessel forming the dispersion layer 10 that includes a material supply pipe 36 and a delivery port 16. However, it is characterized in that a rotatable mill shaft 17 is inserted into these rolling bearings.

On a base 60, which is made by connecting four channel steels in a rectangular planar shape and connecting both ends of other channel steels to the two opposite sides, two channel steels are placed at regular intervals. A support frame 61 facing each other and connected by a flat plate at the upper end, and a support stand 62 having four legs are fixed, and a motor 44 and a transmission 40 are fixedly mounted on the support stand 62, A gear pump 35 is fixedly installed 6 degrees above the base below the support stand 62 and has a connection port 34 to the hopper, and a supply pipe 36 with one end communicating with the gear pump 35 and containing a drain [sugar 47] and a dispersion layer 10 that communicates with the other end of the supply tube 36, is supported by a bracket 63 on the support frame 61, and has a rotatable mill shaft 17 therein; It consists of an outlet 16 and a motor 30 supported by a bracket 64 on the support frame 61. In figJ, the dispersion R10 is the second vessel 11.
12 and a delivery box 13 above the vessel 12, which are arranged vertically one on top of the other. That is, these vessels 1
1.12 and the delivery box 13 are both cylindrical, have the same inner diameter, and have flanges 51 to 56 on the outer periphery of the opening end, and the flange 52 of the vessel 11
The flange 53 of the vessel 12, the flange 54 of the vessel 12, and the flange 55 of the delivery box 13 are fixed to each other, forming a - distribution 7110. A material delivery port 16 is provided on the side surface of the delivery box 13 above the dispersion layer 10 . Further, the lower surface of the flange 51 fixed to the outer periphery of the opening at the lower end of the vessel 11 constituting the dispersion layer 10 is fixed to the upper surface of the flange 14 into which the upper end outer periphery of the connecting pipe 19 is inserted.
Furthermore, M/jr is connected to the gear pump 3 at the lower end of the connecting pipe 19.
The other end of the supply pipe 36 communicating with 5 is connected. Thereby, the dispersion layer 10 and the gear pump 35 communicate with each other via the connecting pipe 19 and the supply pipe 36. A mill shaft 17 is inserted into the center of the dispersion layer 10 . The lower end of the mill shaft 17 is located near the bottom of the dispersion layer 10, and supports a bearing 20, which will be described later.
An end plate 33 having a diameter larger than the diameter of the motor 30 is bolted to the end plate 33, and a pulley 28 is attached to the upper end of the shaft above the dispersion layer 10, and this pulley 28 is attached to the output shaft of the motor 30 (
It is connected to the pulley 31 to be monitored via the belt 29. A flange 15 having the same outer diameter is fixed to the upper surface of a flange 56 fixed to the upper part of the delivery box 13 constituting the dispersion layer 10. The inner diameter of this flange 15 is formed to be much larger than the diameter of the mill shaft 17, and is provided with a clearance that allows rotation of the mill shaft 17. Also,
A slide bearing 18 having a flange type housing is fixed to the upper surface of the flange 15, and the bearing surface on the inner circumference of the slide bearing 18 rotatably supports the mill shaft 17, and the upper end surface is connected to the upper end of the mill shaft 17. The lower surface of the pulley 28 is supported. Inside the dispersion layer 10 are the end plate 33 bolted to the lower end of the mill shaft 17 and a top disk 2 to be described later.
7 and a plurality of rolling bearings, for example, 20 to 40
0 are arranged in an overlapping manner in the width direction of the bearing 20 via the intermediate disk 25, respectively. That is, these rolling bearings 20 are shown in FIGS. 5 and 7.
As shown in the figure, for example, a double-row spherical roller bearing is formed by interposing two rows of a plurality of cylindrical rollers 23 in the radial direction, each of which is connected between an inner ring 21 and an outer ring 22 via a cage 57. In the rolling bearing 20, a gap 24 exists between the plurality of rollers 23 and the cage 57, and the inner ring 21 and the outer ring 22. The length is such that it can be inserted into the inner wall of the layer 10 in a substantially intimate state. Further, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the intermediate disks 25 provided between the plurality of rolling bearings 20 each form a concentric ring shape, and have an inner diameter that allows the mill shaft 17 to be press-fitted therein. , the outer diameter of each of the rolling bearings 20
Notches 26 are formed at opposing positions that divide the outer circumference into four equal parts. This notch 26 has a substantially U-shape, and the bottom edge toward the center of the intermediate disk 25 is connected to the inner ring 21 and outer ring of the rolling bearing 20.
It is located between 2. A top disk 27 is provided on the upper surface of the rolling bearing 20c located at the uppermost position in FIG. This top disk 27 has a disk shape as a whole, and a gap is formed between it and the inner wall of the dispersion layer 10 to allow material to pass therethrough. A series of annular step portions 32 are formed on the outer peripheral edge of the lower surface of the top disk 27, and the step portions 32 deliver the raw material that has passed through the uppermost rolling bearing 20c to the delivery box 13. Therefore, the diameter of the annular stepped portion 32 is the same as or smaller than the outer diameter of the intermediate disk 25, and is at least the length between the opposing notches 26 of the intermediate disk 25. These intermediate disks 2
The outer ring 22 is inserted into a rolling bearing 20 with a roller 5 interposed therebetween, and the outer ring 22 is disposed on the inner wall surface of the dispersion layer 10 in a substantially close contact manner. The bearings used in the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned spherical roller bearings, but include, for example, self-aligning ball bearings in which a plurality of balls are interposed in two rows in the width direction between an inner ring and an outer ring, and other various bearings. bearings can be used. In addition, the size of the gap 24 formed in the rolling bearing 20, the outer diameter of the intermediate disk 25, the shape and size of the notch 26, the outer diameter of the top disk 27, the diameter of the part where the annular step 32 is formed, etc. Particle size, mixture of materials and water? It can be changed as appropriate, taking into consideration the level of viscosity of the cutting. Further, the intermediate disk 25 may be unnecessary depending on the type of rolling bearing employed, and may be formed integrally with the inner ring and/or outer ring of the rolling bearing in a seven-lunge shape. In Figures 2 to 4, 35 is a gear pump that continuously supplies material by meshing and rotating a pair of gears, and the supply pipe 3
6 and a connecting pipe 19 to the dispersion layer 10 . A sprocket 37 provided on the input shaft of this gear pump 35 is connected to a sprocket 39 provided on the output shaft of a transmission 40 via a chain, and a pulley 41 wedged on the input shaft of the transmission 40 is It is connected to a pulley 43 wedged to the output shaft of a motor 44 via a V-belt 42 . A drain separator 47 is interposed in the middle of the supply pipe 36 provided between the dispersion layer 10 and the gear pump 35, and the stop valve 4 is connected to the stop valve 4 from the drain separator 47 via a branch pipe.
6 is provided and forms a drain outlet. A stop valve 45 is also provided between the drain separator 47 and the gear pump 35.
is interposed. Next, the operation of the above embodiment will be explained. Now, a fluid raw material, for example, a mixture of material and water at a predetermined ratio, is continuously fed by the gear pump 35 to the bottom of the dispersion layer 10 via the supply pipe 36 and the connecting pipe 19. The mill shaft 17 in the dispersion layer 10 is rotated by a V-belt 29 and a pulley 28 that transmit the rotation of the motor 30,
Looking at the mill shaft 17, the inner ring 21 of each rolling bearing 20 also rotates together with the mill shaft 17. As a result, the plurality of rollers 2 in each rolling bearing 20
3 is transferred between the inner ring 21 and the outer ring 22. The raw material that has reached the bottom of the dispersion layer 10 enters the gap 24 existing between the inner ring 21 and outer M22, the retainer @857, and the rollers 23 from the lower surface of the lowest rolling bearing 20s. Then, while receiving the centrifugal force due to the rotation of the inner ring 21, the outer ring 2
The raw material particles rise within the gap 24 along the inner wall of the
After being gradually dispersed into fine particles due to the friction with the rotating inner ring 21 of each rolling bearing 20 and the impact of the plurality of rollers 23 rolling between the inner ring 21 and the outer ring 22, and becoming particles smaller than the minimum gap in the gap, Further distributed by the rotating intermediate disk 2511 directly above the rolling bearing 20a,
The liquid is sent out from the notch 26 formed in the intermediate disk 25a and the gap between the outer periphery of the intermediate disk 25a and the inner periphery of the outer ring 22 of the rolling bearing 20s to the outside of the rolling bearing 20a while changing the flow, and is further superimposed upward. The material enters the gap 24 of the rolling bearing 20b from the lower surface of the rolling bearing 20b, and is sequentially transferred from the lower part to the upper rolling bearing 20 via each intermediate disk 25 while being distributed. In this way, the raw material is dispersed by sequentially passing through the plurality of rolling bearings 20 that are provided adjacent to each other in the width direction in an overlapping manner within the dispersion layer 10 . The raw material that has passed through the uppermost rolling bearing 20c is sent out of the rolling bearing 20c from an annular step 32 on the lower surface periphery of the top disk 27 provided on the upper surface of the rolling bearing 20c, and then passes through the delivery box 13. It is sent out to the outside of the dispersion layer 10 from the delivery port 16. The raw material is dispersed to a size of about 10 microns or less in the single step process described above. In addition, for ultra-fine dispersion processing, for example, processing of oxidized magnetic iron powder on magnetic tape, two devices of the present invention can be connected.
This can be done by continuous treatment. In addition, during the dispersion process, each rolling bearing 20 is heated with the raw material and expands like mold, so the gap 24 formed between these members shrinks, allowing for finer dispersion. becomes.

る。As described above, the present invention provides a hollow cylindrical vessel that is equipped with a material supply pipe and an outlet and forms a filter distribution layer, in which a large number of rolling bearings are arranged in a superimposed manner in the width direction, and these rolling bearings are Since the rotatable mill shaft is an RMI, the starting torque is extremely small, and the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the bearings makes it possible to perform extremely fine dispersion in a short time and at low cost using a small horsepower drive source. Furthermore, since balls are not required as a dispersion medium, it is not necessary to provide a disc-shaped or protruding stirring device on the mill shaft and the inner wall of the vessel (drum) forming the dispersion layer, taking into consideration the stirring efficiency between the material and the balls. The vessel (drum) can be made smaller in diameter, making the entire structure more compact than conventional tA bearings, allowing for a reduction in installation space. In addition, the balls or balls inside the rolling bearing can smoothly move between the inner ring and outer ring. Unlike conventional equipment, the media itself will not be crushed and the dispersion effect will not be reduced, and there is no need for a large horsepower drive source. Therefore, the cooling mechanism such as a heat exchanger is no longer essential. In addition, the type and number of rolling bearings used and the rotation speed of the mill shaft are adjusted depending on the raw material. It is possible to disperse material particles to the required size, and it is also possible to reliably disperse materials that require fine dispersion, such as paints and printing inks. Also, by connecting the present device with conventional devices, Alternatively, if y number of devices of the present invention are connected and used, ultrafine dispersion is also possible.
