A @- silk screen printing plate is placed on the adhesive-coated surface of the plate with a slight gap, and from the other electrode side, the electric field formed between the two electrodes is scattered, and the first colored plate is sprayed. The short fibers of the same color are placed on the adhesive-coated surface of the flocked body at the location where the short fibers of the second color are planted, and then, using the first silk screen printing plate, perform the second silk screen printing in the same manner as described above. After placing the plate, 1 ton of the second colored short fibers was planted in the second colored short fiber planting area, and then the third, fourth, etc. were placed in the same manner as described above. Colored short fibers t-t'' are planted at the planned planting locations using electrostatic flocking method, and after the final process is completed, they are dried and colored to form a full multicolor pattern using short fibers. It is something to do.

MIJ 1 For example, when attempting to perform three-color silk screen printing on a printing material, a plate with the entire screen width released is used for the first colored area of the printing material so that only that area is printed with ink. First color ink is printed, then the second colored area is printed with ink, using a plate with screen marks formed so that only that area is covered with ink. The colored areas are printed with a third color ink using a plate with screen patterns so that only those areas are printed with ink, thereby printing a design pattern consisting of three colors as a whole.

Then, from the mesh of the wire mesh 2, each of them runs vertically in the area of the grounded negative electrode 7, but the silk screen printing plate is slightly above the flocked body 5. Since the short fibers are arranged vertically in a straight line from the short fiber storage box, the short fibers pass through the screen which allows all of the first colored short fibers of the silk screen printing plate to pass through.
All of the short fibers are implanted at the location 4A where the first colored short fibers are to be implanted on the adhesive coated surface of the flocked body, and the rest remain on the silk screen printing plate.

る。The above operation is performed in place of a screen in which a screen is formed to allow all of the second colored short fibers to pass through, and the second colored short fibers are planted at the location 4B where the second colored short fibers are to be planted. Once this is completed, the short fiber storage box for storing the third colored short fibers is replaced, and the silk screen printing plate is also replaced with one with full screen mesh that allows the third colored short fibers to pass through. A third colored short fiber is planted at the location 40 where the fiber is to be planted.

Therefore, since colored short fibers are used from the beginning,
Since ink is not attached to the short fibers, a flocked body with a soft texture can be obtained, and since no coloring is applied by printing, it is possible to plant all the long short fibers.

ることを特徴とする植毛体の製造方法A flocked body coated with adhesive on its entire surface or in a pattern is placed with conductivity imparted to one electrode side, and the first silk screen printing plate is slightly applied to the adhesive coated surface of the flocked body. The first colored short fibers are dispersed from the other electrode side through the electric field formed between the two electrodes, and the first colored short fibers are dispersed into the first colored short fibers on the adhesive-coated surface of the flocked body. Then, in place of the first silk screen printing plate, a second silk screen printing plate is placed in place of the first silk screen printing plate, and the second colored short fibers are placed in the second silk screen printing plate. Plant the colored short fibers at the location where they will be planted, and then follow the same procedure as above to sequentially install the third, third and third fibers.
Fourth, colored short fibers are planted at each planned planting location using electrostatic flocking method, and after the final process is completed, they are dried to form a multicolored pattern using colored short fibers. A method for producing a hair transplanted body characterized by
