上作業衣を提供するにある。 The present invention was developed in view of the above points, and includes an intermediate fabric made of synthetic rubber having an open cell structure,
It consists of a breathable lining such as toweling on the back side of the intermediate fabric, and an outer fabric made of a waterproof and moisture-permeable material that is rich in water repellency and has pores that allow water vapor to pass through on the surface of the intermediate fabric. This shipboard working clothing is made by sewing the above-mentioned lining, intermediate fabric, and outer fabric in places, and coating the seams with waterproof coating, and its purpose is to have excellent waterproofness, as well as permeability of sweat vapor and breathability. To provide shipboard working clothes with excellent performance and excellent mobility.

Further, reference numeral 5 denotes an outer material made of a waterproof and moisture-permeable material that is highly water-repellent and has pores that allow water vapor to pass through.
It is located in As the outer material 5 of this waterproof and breathable material, conventionally known materials may be used, and the following materials may be used. One is a porous film made of tetrafluoroethylene resin laminated to a material such as nylon.
For example, it is possible to make something that has more than 9 billion microscopic holes of about 0.2 microns per square inch. This fine pore is approximately
It is 1/20,000 times the size of a water vapor molecule, and while it completely prevents water from entering, the vapor generated from the body can freely pass through these pores due to the diffusion effect of the film itself. hand. Other basic materials are nylon and polyester woven and knitted fabrics,
It is possible to produce finished dough having countless air bubbles of about 3 microns or less.

る。 Next, threads 6 are threaded through these three layered intermediate fabrics 1, lining fabric 4, and outer fabric 5 at certain places.
Sewing by. In addition, a waterproof coating is applied to the sewn portion 7, and the shipboard work clothes of the present invention are sewn from such a fabric.

性にすぐれた作業衣を提供できるものである。 This is because the lining 4, intermediate fabric 1, and outer fabric 5 all have excellent permeability to water vapor molecules. That is, not only does the breathable lining 4 such as towel fabric allow water vapor molecules to pass through, but the intermediate fabric 1 also has an open cell structure, so it allows sweat vapor molecules to pass through. This is because the microscopic pores inside allow water vapor molecules to pass through. By satisfying both waterproofness and vapor permeability, we can provide clothing that allows you to maintain good body conditions during work, and provides work clothing that is lightweight and has excellent mobility. This is something that can be provided.

ものである。 Work on a ship is often exposed to cold, but the work clothes of the present invention have an intermediate fabric 1 made of open-cell synthetic rubber and a lining 4 such as toweling, so they have excellent heat retention. It is. In addition, regarding this heat retention property, the work clothes of the present invention have the intermediate fabric 1, the lining 4, and the outer fabric 5 sewn together in places, and the interface between these fabrics is not in close contact with each other. Since it has an intermediate air layer, it has better heat retention properties.

る。 Furthermore, what is required of shipboard work clothes is that the work clothes themselves should be highly buoyant in the event of a water accident; however, as mentioned above, the work clothes of this invention have open air bubbles in the intermediate fabric 1. It also has excellent buoyancy due to the air layer inside the fabric and the intermediate air layer between each fabric.
