板の軸孔を通して他方の分割座部分に螺合させた
分割座部分結合用ビスがハンドルの回動支軸とさ
れ、前記自由間隙内でのビス軸部分に、ハンドル
脚板を分割座部分の対向面に弾力的に保持するた
めの弾性座金が嵌挿されていることを特徴とする
