- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 座席下方ないし後方に隣接して、車体後半部両
側および頂面を覆う後部車体覆いを装備する自動
車二輪車において、 左、右一対の座席支持フレームの上面にゴム材
を添設し、該ゴム材上に前記後部車体覆いの屈曲
形成された上辺部を載せ、該上辺部上に座席を載
置し、前記ゴム材の直上に位置する前記上辺部に
座席の荷重を作用させる構造としたことを特徴と
する自動に係る自動二輪車。
