し、得られる多孔質粗粒マスに微量のチーズ香味
料と少量の植物油とを添加し均一に混合すると共
にこの混合物にゼラチン又は寒天を溶解した水溶

ン又は寒天水溶液とし、更にこれに乳化剤0.5〜
1%を混入したものを使用することも出来、この
場合は、本発明の粉末チーズを食品等にふりかけ
使用するときは、そのチーズの混入分散性が良好
