Such dry printing is generally carried out using an apparatus as shown in FIG. That is, this Bigolo textile printing apparatus 3o is provided with a printing paste box 32 on a mounting base 31,
At the same time, a liquid supply roll 33 is disposed in the printing paste box 32, and at the same time, it is pressed against the liquid supply roll 33 to
Further, an engraving roll 35 is provided opposite to this felt roll 34. Then, a gill 36 in which a large number of needles are distributed and implanted is provided on the mounting base 3I, and the sliver 38 is pulled out from inside a plurality of cans 37, aligned in parallel with a rotating roll 39, and then hung on the gill 36 to form a sheet. The web 40 is then passed between the felt roll 34 and the engraving roll 35 to be printed with the printing paste supplied from the printing paste box 32, and this is wound up by the first and second winding rolls 41, 42, and further, A shaker 43 that swings from side to side is used to shake off the product onto a product table 44. The stamping by the felt roll 34 and the engraving roll 35 is performed as shown in FIG.
5 is impregnated with printing paste, and the sheet-like web 4o is passed between the felt roll 34 and the engraving coal 35 having a spiral ridge 45 on its outer peripheral surface. This is done by printing the diagonal striped pattern 46 by pressing.

It must be made into a sheet and then subjected to printing. Therefore, even if you try to increase the printing efficiency by increasing the feeding speed of the sliver 38, the speed at which the sliver 38 passes through the gill 36 is naturally regulated. This method has the disadvantage that the printing efficiency cannot be increased beyond a certain limit. In addition, in the above-mentioned Vigolo printing apparatus 3o, the felt of the felt roll 34 is compressed and hardened with continued use, so the amount of printing paste absorbed is small. It also has the following drawbacks.Furthermore, the above-mentioned device 3
o, since the printing target is limited to dry textiles,
It cannot be continuous with the coloring process in which textiles are pre-ground dyed, and this is an impediment to creating a continuous line for ground dyeing and printing. That is, the above device includes a gill 36,
Since this gill 36 cannot pass the ground dyeing sliver containing moisture, it is impossible to integrate the above-mentioned apparatus 3o with the sliver ground dyeing process.

うるのである。In other words, the apparatus of the present invention does not simply perform printing by printing like the conventional Vigoro textile printing apparatus, but uses a hollow drum for discharging the colored liquid and a hollow drum for suctioning the colored liquid having a sleeve. A textile product such as a sliver is passed between the drums, the colored liquid flows out from the hollow drum for outflow, and the colored liquid is sucked by the hollow drum for suction, and the colored liquid is forcibly drawn inside the textile product such as the sliver. Since the coloring process is carried out by passing through the dye, it is possible to directly color even thick textiles. Therefore, unlike in the past, there is no need to use a gill, and the phenomenon of restricting the feed rate of the textile article due to passing through the gill does not occur, so that a significant improvement in coloring efficiency can be realized. Furthermore, since no gill is used, striped patterns can be formed even on textiles that have been ground-dyed and remain wet, and continuous ground-dying and pattern coloring can be achieved. Furthermore, since felt rolls are not used as in the conventional method, uniform coloring can be achieved over a long period of time.

In this case, each sliver 18 maintains a large string-like shape until it enters the above-mentioned gap, but is formed into a substantially flat sheet-like shape by the pressure applied when passing through the above-mentioned gap, and as shown in Fig. 4. As shown, the grooves 8 of the colored liquid outflow hollow drum 2 and the through holes 1 of the sleeve 10
Hollow tube for colored liquid suction L, 3 slit-shaped flow hole 7
A striped pattern is formed by suctioning and passing the colored liquid in the direction of the arrow when the color matches a. In this case, the intervals between each part of the striped pattern are as follows:
and grooves 8 and through holes 1 in the sleeve 10)
It almost matches the circumferential spacing of . In this way, a plurality of slivers 18 are simultaneously colored and formed into a sheet shape. In particular, in this device, since the polyvinyl formal sponge 9 is inserted and fixed in the groove 8 with flow holes of the hollow drum 2 for colored liquid outflow, the colored liquid flows out from the main shaft 5 of the hollow drum 2. is uniformly held in the polyvinyl formal sponge 9 having continuous pores, and when the uniformly held colored liquid matches the groove 8 and the through hole 1) with the flow hole 7a, the colored liquid suction hollow drum The negative pressure of 3 causes the sliver to pass through the sliver 18. As a result, uniform coloring without color unevenness can be achieved.

A striped pattern can be formed by ground-dying a textile product such as No. 8 and applying it to the above-mentioned apparatus in a wet state, and it becomes possible to easily realize a continuous process from ground-dying to forming a striped pattern. At this time, since the striped pattern is formed using negative pressure, an additional effect is obtained in that the striped pattern does not bleed even if the textile product remains wet. In addition, both the drums 2.3 and the sleeve 10 are made of stainless steel and do not compress and harden over time like felt, so even if used for a long period of time, the degree of coloring will be light (inconvenient). In particular, according to this embodiment, the grooves 8 of the colored liquid outflow hollow drum 2 and the sleeve 1
For each coloring due to the matching of the through hole 1) with the slit-shaped flow hole 7a of the drum 3, enough star colored liquid for that coloring is simply flowed into the hollow drum 2 for coloring liquid outflow. Coloring can be done with a small amount of coloring liquid, less coloring liquid is used, and since the coloring is carried out using negative pressure and evenly holding the coloring liquid by the polyvinyl formal sponge 9 in the groove 8, there is no uneven coloring. Coloring can be achieved.

Further, although the hollow drum 2 for colored liquid outflow is disposed on the upper side and the hollow drum 3 for colored liquid suction is disposed on the lower side, these may be disposed upside down, or they may be disposed horizontally. Good too. In addition, instead of driving the sleeve IO of the drum 3 with the motor 14 and using the driving force to feed the sliver 18 or other textile product, the sliver 18 or other textile product is pulled from the front side in the feeding direction, and the tension force is used to pull the sliver 18 or other textile product from the front side in the feeding direction. At the same time, the open side edge 5d of the main shaft 5 is connected to the fixed liquid sending pipe 20 by the rotary joint 19 to rotate the main shaft 5,
The hollow drum 2 may be rotated along with the rotation. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, nozzles 21 are attached to the name tag 12 of the hollow main shaft 5 of the hollow drum 2 for discharging the colored liquid.
so that the colored liquid supplied into the main shaft 5 is evenly distributed and falls from the nozzle 21 (if the nozzle 21 is not provided, the colored liquid may travel along the main shaft 5 and fall from one place like a raindrop). It's okay. Furthermore, the grooves 8 and the through holes 1) may be formed at an angle in the axial direction, as shown in FIG. 7, instead of being parallel to the axial direction as in the above embodiment. good. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 8, a plurality of holes 22 may be provided in a continuous manner to form grooves and through holes, respectively.

きな特徴である。Since the textile coloring apparatus of the present invention is configured as described above, even thick textiles can be colored as they are, and there is no need to pass through a gill as in the conventional method. Therefore, the inconvenience that the coloring speed is restricted by the passing speed of the gills is avoided, and coloring such as striped patterns can be formed extremely quickly and efficiently. Furthermore, since no gil is required, it becomes possible to realize continuous operation with the ground dyeing equipment used in the previous process. Furthermore, since this device does not use a felt roll as in the past, the coloring does not fade due to changes in the felt roll over time, and can provide stable and homogeneous coloring over a long period of time. In addition, this device can convert multiple large string-like fiber products such as slivers into sheets at the same time as forming striped patterns, and can accurately form striped patterns. It is also possible to form a multicolored striped pattern by installing them in multiple stages. In particular, in this device, a porous body having continuous pores is inserted and fixed in the coloring grooves of the hollow drum for coloring liquid suction, so that the colored liquid is held uniformly.
It is possible to achieve uniform coloring without uneven coloring, which is a major feature.
