【考案の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] この考案はねじ取付部に係り、更に詳述すれば
薄板におけるねじ取付部の改良に関するものであ
る。

[従来の技術] 従来のねじ取付部はねじ山が2山以上取れない

ることにより、ねじの締付けのゆるみが生じない

と同径のねじ下孔を有する円環状の鍔16を形成
し、更に、第2図cおよび第3図aに示すように
ねじ下孔15に前記薄板11と端部12との間に
隙間9を保持した状態でタツプによりねじ切りを
施せば、略3山半のねじを切ることが出来る。

スプリングワツシヤを使用する必要がないので被
取付部材のねじ止め作業がしやすく、溶接加工を
する必要がないので、加工が簡単で廉価に出来る
等の効果を有する。
