Claims (1)
- 一端がアクチユエータのダイアフラムに固着さ
れ、他端がシヤフトに軸着された回動カムにリン
クピンを介して枢結されて、アクチユエータ内室
の圧力変動によつて作動する前記ダイアフラムに
より揺動を含む往復動を行ない、駆動力を前記シ
ヤフトに伝達するアクチユエータロツドにおいて
、該ロツドの一端部に穿設され前記リンクピンを
挿通する連結孔の内周部に、ゴム様弾性体よりな
る環状の緩衝材を一体的に固着してなることを特
徴とするアクチユエータロツド。
