Claims (1)
- ケース内に、該ケース内室を２室に仕切るごと
くダイアフラムが展設され、前記ケースに開設さ
れた軸孔に軸受を介して貫挿されたロツドの前記
ケース内における端部が前記ダイアフラムに結合
されて、前記ケース内室の圧力変動によつて作動
する前記ダイアフラムに連動して前記ロツドが揺
動を含む往復運動を行なうアクチユエータにおい
て、前記ロツドを軸支する前記軸受を内挿嵌着す
る保持缶が、前記ケースに対し、該保持缶の一端
部に延設された断面波形を呈する弾性変形自在の
可撓部を介して同軸的に持着されてなることを特
徴とするアクチユエータの軸受機構。
