    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 混成集積回路基板上に設けた回路素子を密封す
    る蓋体と、該蓋体と一体化され前記混成集積回路
    基板の一周端辺に設けられた外部リードを囲む樹
    脂充填部枠とを具備する混成集積回路の封止容器
    に於いて、前記樹脂充填部枠の基板ストツパーを
    階段状に形成し樹脂溜り部を設けることを特徴と
    した混成集積回路の封止容器。
