本考案は現場において切断して二枚の波形軒先
面戸瓦として施工する波形軒先面戸瓦の二枚取り

全に密閉できないだけでなく、施工に手間を要し
て、施工性に劣るという問題があつた。

でき、しかも工場における保管及び梱包を簡素に
できる波形軒先面戸瓦の二枚取り材を提供するこ

この構成により上記目的を達成できたものであ
る。即ち、取り材本体1の前端部及び後端部の山
部2の下面に下縁全長が野地板5の上面に当接す
る略半円板状の雀口閉塞板部3を突設しているの
で、現場において切断用溝6を介して切断するこ
とにより得た波形軒先面戸瓦4を施工した場合、
施工と同時に野地板5との間に生ずる雀口を閉塞
でき、施工性に優れるものであり、しかも取り材
本体1は断面波状で略半円板状の雀口閉塞板部3
を下縁全長が野地板5の上面に当接するように突
設しているので波形屋根瓦8及び野地板5との密
着性が良好となるものであり、又、波状に形成し
た取り材本体1の山部2の下面に雀口閉塞板部3
を突設しているので、施工後雀口閉塞板部3が外
部から視認でき、外観のデザインを良好なものと
でき、しかも山部の下面にだけ閉塞板部3を突設
しているので、材料ロスを抑えることができ、更
に、二枚の波形軒先面戸瓦4が一体となつている
ので、保管及び梱包を簡素にでき、しかも運搬に
も好都合である。

下縁全長を野地板5の上面に当接させる。次い
で、波形屋根瓦8を波形軒先面戸瓦4上に配設
し、パツキン9を介して波形屋根瓦8及び波形軒

が良好となるものであり、又、波状に形成した取
り材本体の山部の下面に雀口閉塞板部を突設して
いるので、施工後、雀口閉塞板部が外部から視認
でき、外観のデザインを良好なものとでき、更に
山部の下面にだけ閉塞板部を突設しているので、
材料ロスを抑えることができる。
