(産業上の利用分野) 本発明は自動梱包機に使用する梱包用バンドに
関するものである。 (従来の技術) 従来より熱可塑性合成樹脂製の梱包用バンドが
提供されているが、近時、自動梱包機の発達並び
に梱包作業のシステム化、自動化に伴い、連続し
て、しかも大量に梱包がなされるようになつてい
る。 (発明が解決しようとする問題点) しかるに、従来の梱包用バンドでは自動梱包機
に使用したとき、腰が不足して、梱包機のトラブ
ルが発生するという問題があつた。 (問題点を解決するための手段) 本発明は、梱包機のトラブルを少なくする自動
梱包機用梱包用バンドを提供することを目的とし
ており、全体にシボ模様が形成された熱可塑性合
成樹脂製の帯状体であつて、上記シボ模様が格子
リブと縦リブとからなり、該縦リブがバンド長手
方向へ平行に形成され、シボピツチPが2.5mm〜
6mmとされ、シボ角度θが20゜〜45゜とされ、上
記シボ模様におけるリブの体積V1と凹部体積V2
との比V2/V1が1〜3.5とされていることに特徴
を有するものである。 (作用) 縦リブを備えたシボ模様を形成することで、腰
が強化され、梱包機適性が向上する。 (実施例) 以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基いて説明す
る。 本発明に係る梱包用バンドを第1図に示し、梱
包用バンド1は特に自動梱包機適性に優れるもの
であつて、熱可塑性合成樹脂製の帯状体からな
り、表裏両面の全体に凹凸のシボ模様2が形成さ
れている。 該シボ模様2は第2図、第3図に示すように、
格子リブ3と縦リブ4…とから構成されている。
格子リブ3は、梱包用バンド1の長手方向(バン
ド長手方向)Aに対して右側へ傾斜した右傾斜リ
ブ3a…と、左側へ傾斜した左傾斜リブ3b…と
から形成されている。また、縦リブ4はバンド長
手方向Aに対して平行に延びるとともに、上記格
子リブ3の各格子の一対角線、つまり隣り合う右
傾斜リブ3a,3aと左傾斜リブ3b,3bとに
より形成された四角形における、バンド長手方向
に平行な対角線に沿うように形成されている。そ
して、これらのリブ3a,3b,4…は断面形状
が第3図に示すような台形とされるとともに、こ
れらにより形成されるシボ模様2の設計条件は以

ける凹部5の体積(第3図においてCの部分の体
積)、つまり、リブ3,4を隆起させるために押
