(Prior art) For example, porous objects such as metal castings used as engine parts are impregnated with an impregnating liquid mainly composed of synthetic resin monomers to seal the pores in order to eliminate air permeability. In order to fully fill the minute pores of the porous object with impregnation liquid after expelling the air inside, the porous object is placed in an empty impregnation tank, and then the inside of the impregnation tank is evacuated. Next, a common method is to supply the impregnating liquid to the impregnating tank from an impregnating liquid tank connected to the impregnating tank. This type of impregnation process requires an impregnation tank equipped with a hinged lid, a conveyance mechanism such as a chain block for transporting porous objects into and out of the impregnation tank, and an impregnation liquid tank connected to the impregnation tank via a valve. It was carried out using an impregnation processing device consisting of.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, the above-mentioned impregnation processing equipment requires opening of the lid, loading of the porous object into the impregnation tank using a conveyance mechanism, closing of the lid, and suction of air inside the impregnation tank. ,
It is difficult to improve work efficiency because all operations such as supplying the impregnation liquid, opening the lid, and taking out the porous object from the impregnation tank are performed by the operator. Attempts have been made to automate these steps, but there has been a problem in that the steps of opening and closing the lid and attaching and detaching the porous object in the impregnation tank are complicated and the mechanism for automation becomes extremely complicated. Furthermore, in conventional impregnating equipment, when the impregnating liquid flows into the vacuumed impregnating tank, the impregnating liquid foams significantly, making it impossible to control the liquid level, and the impregnating liquid adheres to and hardens on the mating surface of the impregnating tank and the lid. There were also problems that made operations difficult. Therefore, there has been a need for an apparatus for impregnating porous objects, which has a simple structure, has excellent working efficiency, and is free from the risk of foaming of the impregnating liquid.

(Example) Next, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments. 1 is an impregnating tank whose lower half is filled with an impregnating liquid 2 whose main component is a synthetic resin monomer such as an acrylic ester monomer; is a moving body installed on the ceiling rail 4 above the impregnating tank 1 so as to be movable laterally. In this embodiment, the moving body 3 is a trolley that runs on wheels 5 on a ceiling rail 4.
It may be a jib type that rotates intermittently around a vertical axis, and any type of moving body that can move between the impregnation tank 1 and the porous object attachment/detachment position 6 may be used. can. A lid 7 that seals the upper surface of the impregnating tank 1 is attached to the lower part of the movable body 3 so as to be movable up and down. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the lid 7 is attached to an upper bracket 9 by a plurality of rods 8, and the upper bracket 9 is attached to the lower end of the piston rod 11 of the cylinder 10 attached to the movable body 3. Since the lid body 7 is fixed to the upper bracket 9, when the cylinder 10 is operated, the lid body 7 moves up and down together with the upper bracket 9.
At this time, the upper part of the rod 8 will act as a guide rod. Further, a locking tool 13 is provided on the lower surface of the lid 7 and is movable up and down with respect to the lid 7. The locking tool 13 can be freely engaged with and detached from a basket-shaped container 12 containing a porous object to be impregnated. . That is, a second cylinder 14 is fixed to the upper surface of the upper bracket 9, a lower bracket 17 is suspended from the lower end of the piston rod 15 via a hanging fitting 16, and a pipe is attached to the lower surface of the lower bracket 17. Since the locking tool 13 is provided through the bracket 18, when the second cylinder 14 is actuated, the lower bracket 17
is lowered relative to the upper bracket 9, and the locking tool 13 attached to the lower bracket 17 via the pipe 18 is lowered relative to the lid 7. At this time, the lower part of the rod 8 is connected to the lower bracket 17.
It will act as a guide rod. The locking device 13 may have any structure as long as it can engage with the container 12 and raise and lower the container 12, but in this embodiment, the locking device 13 is locked by a small cylinder 19 at the upper end of the pipe 18. The stopper piece 20 is of a type that expands to the left and right and engages with a hook 21 at the upper end of the container 12. That is, the locking tool 13 has a pair of locking pieces 20 supported by the frame 22 so as to be able to expand left and right.
and a link 23 connected to the rear part of each locking piece 20.
and a central link 2 that connects these links 23.
4, when the center link 24 is lifted by the piston rod 25 of the small cylinder 19 passing inside the pipe 18, the left and right locking pieces 20 retreat toward the center, and when the center link 24 is lowered, they lock. The piece 20 protrudes from side to side and engages with a hook 21 at the upper end of the container 12. Note that 26 is a seal bearing provided in the center of the lid 7, so that even if the pipe 18 moves up and down with respect to the lid 7, the degree of vacuum inside the impregnation tank 1 sealed by the lid 7 will be impaired. It is made sure that there is no such thing. Also, in Figure 1, 2
7 is a cleaning tank, 28 is a shower cleaning tank, 29 is a hot water tank for curing the impregnation liquid, and 30 is a container transport mechanism for lifting the container 12 from the impregnation tank 1 and transferring it to each of these tanks in sequence.

(Function) In this structure, the basket-shaped container 12 containing the porous object to be impregnated is connected to the lid 7.
It was engaged with the locking piece 20 of the locking tool 13 on the lower surface and lifted as shown in FIG. The upper cylinder 10 is operated to lower the lid 7 and the container 12 toward the impregnation tank 1. Then, the lid body 7 seals the top surface of the impregnation tank 1, and while the container 12 is suspended in the upper space of the impregnation tank 1, the air inside the impregnation tank 1 is sucked through the exhaust hole 31, and then the lid body 7 is closed to the impregnation tank 1. A locking tool 1 is provided on the bottom surface of the lid body 7 so as to be movable up and down by operating the second cylinder 14 while keeping it in close contact with the top surface.
3 is lowered and the container 12 containing the porous object is immersed in the impregnating liquid 2 in the impregnating tank 1. At this time, the impregnating liquid 2 does not bubble as in the conventional case, and since the air in the pores of the porous object in the container 12 has been discharged in advance, the impregnating liquid 2 completely fills the pores of the porous object. become. Next, the small cylinder 19 is operated to release the engagement between the locking tool 13 and the container 12, and the locking tool 13 is removed while the container 12 remains in the impregnation tank 1.
is raised together with the lid 7, and the movable body 3 moves toward the attachment/detachment position 6 in order to grip the next container 12. On the other hand, the container 12 left in the impregnating tank 1 is pulled up by the container transport mechanism 30 provided on the ceiling rail 4, and the porous object inside is removed by the surfactant in the cleaning tank 27 and the shower cleaning tank 28. After the excess impregnating liquid adhering to the surface is removed by washing water containing .

(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention seals the top surface of the impregnating tank with a locking device that can be freely engaged and detached from the basket-shaped container containing the porous object to be impregnated. The lid is movable up and down on the underside of the lid, and the lid and the container secured to the locking tool are simultaneously transferred to the top of the impregnating tank, the lid is used to seal the impregnating tank, and the container is placed inside the impregnating tank. Since the porous object is lowered into the impregnating liquid and immersed in the impregnating liquid, it is easier to automate compared to a conventional device in which porous objects are taken in and out of the impregnating tank with a hinged lid using a chain block or the like. Furthermore, since the lid can be opened and closed and the porous object can be inserted into the impregnating tank at the same time, work efficiency can be improved compared to the conventional method. Moreover, the impregnating liquid does not foam when immersed in the impregnating liquid, and operational difficulties due to foaming can be avoided, so it has great practical value as a solution to the problems of conventional impregnating processing equipment. It is something.
