is fitted and held in a cylindrical holding part 4 protruding from the belt conveyor 3, and a masking rubber 5 is fitted onto the other threaded part 2, so that both threaded parts 2, 2 are completely hidden. Usually, electrostatic coating is applied to prevent resin coating from being applied to each threaded portion 2, which is a non-coated portion.

ようにしている。 However, if the non-painted part has unevenness such as the threaded part 2, a gap is likely to be formed between the threaded part 2 and the masking rubber 5, etc., and therefore, during painting, fine powder particles will be drawn from this gap. There is a risk that the paint material may enter and adhere to the threaded portion 2. Further, when removing the masking rubber 5 after painting, fine powdered paint residue tends to adhere to the threaded portion 2.
By the way, leaving the coating material on the threaded part 2, which is the unpainted part, looks bad and significantly reduces the product value, and is also undesirable from the viewpoint of the screwing effect of the threaded part 2. . Therefore, conventionally, the paint material adhering to the threaded part 2 is removed by blowing air onto the threaded part 2 or by brushing the threaded part 2 after baking.

Furthermore, it becomes difficult to recover the removed coating material, which cannot be reused, and the coating material is wasted.

In other words, when the position of the threaded portion 12 is gradually changed from the position shown in FIG. 3 to the position shown in FIG. During this time, the coating material adhering to the threaded portion 12 is suctioned and removed by the suction force from the suction port 19, and is further suctioned and discharged through the suction passage 20 to the suction machine. The cleaning work No. 2 can be performed much more easily and efficiently than the conventional brushing work and the like. Furthermore, since it is easy to automate the insertion and removal of each of the threaded portions 12 described above into the suction space 18, if the suction cleaning device according to the present invention is used, each threaded portion 12 of the pipe joint 11 can be inserted and removed automatically. The cleaning work can be automated, and the manufacturing efficiency of the pipe joint 11 can be greatly improved.

The paint material adhering to the surface will not be wasted. Furthermore, there is no problem in terms of environmental hygiene such as the environment being contaminated by the scattered fine powder coating material that has been removed.

Therefore, it is possible to provide a pipe joint 11 that has a similar structure, and the masking rubber and the like can be further simplified. That is, when applying electrostatic coating to the pipe fitting 11 on the line, there is no need to force each threaded part 12 to be completely hidden as shown in FIG. It is enough if it can be prevented. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, one end of the pipe fitting 11 is inserted and held in a holding part 14 protruding from the belt conveyor 13, and the opening of the other end of the pipe fitting 11 is closed. The resin lining can be painted while the masking rubber 15 is covered with a simple masking rubber 15 that is sufficient to coat the resin lining.

It is screwed onto the peripheral wall 17a of No. 17. In this way, just by replacing the suction body 16, good suction cleaning can always be performed regardless of the shape of the pipe joint 11, which is convenient.

Since cleaning can be carried out by suction through a suction port that opens at the bottom, the cleaning work of non-painted parts can be performed much more easily and efficiently than brushing work, etc., and furthermore, the automation can be easily realized.
