制御ができて、均一かつ薄肉状の高品質のプレス成形品
を成形できる複合樹脂板等のプレス成形装置を提供する
にある。

18が駆動制御し、伝達装置17、減速機14のウオー
ムねじ16、ウオームホイール15を回動して油圧油排
除ロッド13を駆動し、平衡支持装置7の゛ボトム側の
油圧油の容積が所定量以上に増加しないように保持して
いくものである。このように、金型11の寸法に対応し
て平衡支持装置7による型厚調整を行い、スライド5を
下降させ、複合樹脂板23の所要の速度制御命令、圧力
制御命令を入力したプログラムコントロールによって平
衡支持装置7をそれぞれ同調平衡制御し、加圧シリンダ
6を速度制御しながらスライド5を平衡下降させ、複合
樹脂板23を金型11の所定のキャビティ24に流動充
填し、加圧シリンダ6をプログラムコントロールにもと
ずいて順次加圧してプレス成形していくものである。
