【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、ダンプカーのリアドアを、そのダン
プの作業の際すみやかに開扉しダンプ作業の迅速
安全化をはかろうとするものである。

一般に、ダンプカーにおいては、リアドア1

るが、ダンプ作業の際雌雄ケヤツチ2・5の解除
が作業現場環境その他の原因でうまくゆかなかつ
たり、或は積荷が大塊のときなど雌雄ケヤツチ
2・5の結合が容易に解除されてもダンプの際積
荷がリアドア1に激突するなどしてこれを損傷す
ることが暫々でありダンプカー所有者の悩みの種
となつている。そこでこの欠点をなくすため、荷
台の左右上縁部6に回転自在に設けた支持アーム
7の先端に、これまた回転自在にリアドア1を取
付け、この支持アーム7を、荷台の上昇下降に連
動して、又は別の手段で上昇又は下降させてリア
ドア1自体を上昇下降させて開放するものが提案
されている。ところが、この場合には、支持アー
ムの回転によつてリアドアは後方に回転されずに
上方に開放されることになるのでケヤツチの離脱
がうまくいかずに引掛りを起し、結局、リアドア
が開放しないという問題があつた。特にリアドア
1の重量は極めて重いものであるから、作業現場
が、ダンプカーの前方に向かつての下向傾斜地で
あるときなどは特にケヤツチの開放が容易ではな
いのである。

よい。この摺動子13は、リアドア1の回転軸1
0との距離rを半径とする円弧(軌跡)Yを画い
て回転するから、押出板15の下辺14はこの円
弧Yと同一弧の曲線に形成している。11は荷台
8の回転軸であり、Hは回転軸10を中心とする
雌ケヤツチ2の回転円弧(軌跡)を示し、Zは支
持アーム7の回転弧(軌跡)である。本考案は以
上のような構成を有するから、荷台8を上昇する
動作に連動して支持アーム7を回転しリアドア1
を上昇開扉する場合、支持アーム7は回転軸9を
軸として弧Zの軌跡を画いて回転しようとする。
この回転軌跡Zでは、押出板15がなければ雌雄
ケヤツチ2・5の結合解除には支持アーム7の回
転は殆んど効果がないから、雌雄ケヤツチ2・5
の結合解除は既設の開閉機構の作用にまつ以外な
く、この場合雌雄ケヤツチ2・5の結合が解除さ
れる前に支持アーム7が回転を始める(前方傾斜
地では殆どこのようなことになる。)とリアドア
1が上方に引き上げられて雄ケヤツチ5に雌ケヤ
ツチ2が引掛り、リアドア1の開扉は不可能とな
る。然るに本考案の場合は押出板15の下辺14
と摺動子13が摺動可能に接触しているから、リ
アドア1は上方への運動を阻止されて、支持アー
ム7の回転作動と同時にリアドア1は転軸10を
軸として円弧Hの軌跡を画いて後方に回転を開始
し、摺動子13は押出板15の下辺14に接触し
て円弧Yの軌跡を画いて上昇回転することにな
る。
