Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 色分解プリズムに固着された固体イメージセン
サのパツケージあるいは上記色分解プリズムの取
り付けられている装置筐体に弾性的に当接され、
放熱部材の一端を上記固体イメージセンサのパツ
ケージあるいは装置筐体に熱的に接続する弾性変
位自在な接触子を有し、 上記固体イメージセンサのパツケージと上記装
置筐体との間に上記放熱部材を上記接触子を介し
て配設し、上記固体イメージセンサの放熱を行う
ようにしたことを特徴とする固体撮像装置。
