せ面(図示上面側)の水平レベル調節が行なわれ
るが、前記砂型面を削つて合せ面の水平レベルを
調節する作業は面倒な困難なものであるととも
に、また、長期使用によつてパレツトb上面に凹
凸ができる不具合が生じ、さらに、押上用シリン
ダgのみでは鋳型の合せ面の水平度つまり水平レ

ル調節機構を具備した点に特徴を有するものであ
つて、鋳型の砂型面やパレツト面の精度の良否に
かかわらず鋳型の合せ面の水平レベルを極めて容
易に精度よく調整できかつその精度を維持し得る
機構を有し、前記のような欠点を解消した型合せ

れて前記下型1に組合せる上型即ち鋳型、4はパ
レツト2とともに下型を搬送するローラ、5はフ
レーム、6はロケータであつて、本実施例におい
ては、フレーム5の縦枠に枢着されシリンダ11
によつてリンク12を介し回動操作されて、前記
の下型1の合せ面(図示上面側)の上側に位置づ
けされるストツパアーム10を複数個設けるとと
もに、ローラ4によつて搬入され下型1を支持し
たパレツト2の下側には、フレーム5側に固設さ
れたロツク機構付シリンダ20を複数個立設した

を設けて、図示外の機構によりポート27を介し
てロツクスリーブ26の内部即ちロツクスリーブ
26とピストンロツド22間に圧気を供給し、ロ
ツクスリーブ26を点線で示すように膨張させて
ピストンロツド22の伸縮操作を可能にし、ま
た、ポート27を介してロツクスリーブ26内を
負圧にして、ロツクスリーブ26をピストンロツ
ド22の外周に密着させて同ピストンロツド22
の伸縮を止めてロツクする、ストロークの任意位
置にてピストンロツド22をロツクして停止でき
る構成になつている。また、第4図A,Bに示す
ようにロツクスリーブ26の両端部に2個のロツ
ク、アンロツク用のポート27a,27bを設
け、ロツクスリーブ26の操作性能を高めること
ができ、また、ロツクスリーブ26の内面に突条
26aを設けてピストンロツド22との摩擦力を

停止されロツクされるため、ロツクされた前記ロ
ツク機構付シリンダ20によつてパレツト2を介
し下型1の合せ面(図示上面側)が水平レベル調
