ホツボーと同心的に設け、かつ上記ホツパー内部
の上記供給管の開口部より上方の位置に、外周部
が上記ホツパーの内壁に気密的に接合されるとと
もに、内周部が上記仕切壁の外周に気密的に接合
された輪環板状の仕切板を設けたことを特徴とす
