- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 鋼製基板の全周にわたつて、切断用ダイヤモ
ンド砥粒層が形成されている連続リム型ダイヤモ
ンドブレードにおいて、前記鋼製基板の外周部に
少なくとも一つの溝を設け、該溝に鋼製基板の摩
耗防止用材料を固着していることを特徴とする連
続リム型ダイヤモンドブレード。 ２ 前記溝は、前記基板の外周部に等間隔に設け
られていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載の連続リム型ダイヤモンドブレー
ド。 ３ 前記摩耗防止用材料は、粉末ダイヤモンドと
ボンドから成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の連続リム型ダ
イヤモンドブレード。 ４ 前記摩耗防止用材料は、耐摩耗性の高い砥粒
とボンドから成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の連続リム型
ダイヤモンドブレード。
