本考案は内燃機関の掃気管制弁装置に関するも

密対策としては、掃気孔の下方においてシリンダ
ライナの外周にガスタイトリング(ピストンリン

弁の内面を摺動可能に圧接させる形式が採用され
ている。しかしガスタイトリングを採用すると、
リング摺動面での摩耗が著しく、その保守点検は
煩雑となる。さらにリング部の摩擦抵抗も大きい
ので、摺動側(掃気管制弁)には大きな駆動力が

当可能な上部弁座を掃気孔の上方に設け、さらに
掃気孔の下方に、前記シリンダライナに対して一
定範囲内で昇降可能な可動シールリングを設け、
前記掃気管制弁の下端に、前記可動シールリング
の下端が接当可能な下部弁座を設けている。かか
る構成によると、掃気管制弁の内面とシールリン
グの外面との間に隙間が生ずるように形成するこ
とによつて、この掃気管制弁の摺動を、摩耗が殆
んどない状態で且つ小さな駆動力で行なえること

る。そして掃気孔2の下方に、前記シリンダライ
ナ1に対して一定範囲内で昇降可能な可動シール
リング7が設けてある。すなわち可動シールリン
グ7は、シリンダライナ1に取付けたストツパ9
の上方において一定範囲内で昇降可能となる。な

こしてあり、この硬質盛金13に対して下方から
接当可能な下部弁座14が掃気管制弁3の下端に

動シールリング7の上面に作用し、以つて硬質盛
金13が下部弁座14に押付けられて該下部の気

でき、また燃焼ガス圧によつて可動シールリング
が下部弁座に圧接されることによつて下部の気密
を保つことができ、以つて構造簡単且つ製作取付
容易でありながら確実な気密を保つことができ
