Furthermore, since the container 2 is mounted on top of it, its strength is high, contributing to increasing the strength of the hull. On the other hand, container ships have the following problems.

(Block Coefficient) is small, and therefore the hull is always in a hogging state during operation (ballasted and fully loaded). In particular, there are many cases where the maximum hogging bending moment occurs when the hull is loaded, requiring greater strength in the center of the hull, leading to increased costs.

A drain outlet, an air supply/exhaust port with a socket, and a communication port with a socket that can communicate with the drainage port with a socket on the adjacent hatch cover body are provided, and the air supply/discharge port with a socket is provided with a tilting type air supply/discharge port. According to this configuration, water can be poured into the hatch cover and used as a strength member during operation.
It can sufficiently resist the hogging bending moment, there is no need to make the center part of the hull particularly strong, and costs can be reduced. Additionally, the hatch cover filled with water can be used as a ballast tank, ensuring sufficient water intake when the legs are loaded. Furthermore, the water-injected hatch cover can eliminate bottom-heavy conditions, lengthen the oscillation cycle, and improve riding comfort.

Close the pot and open the drain port 7, communication port 9, and water inlet 6 of the hatch cover body 5 on the side of the center O of the hull. Next, when the water supply pipe 14 is opened,
From the water supply pipe 14 to the water supply hose 16 and the water inlet 6
Water is injected into each hatch cover body 5 through the hatch cover body 5, and air within each hatch cover body 5 is released to the atmosphere through the air supply/discharge port 8 and the air supply/discharge pipe 11. The water level within each hatch cover body 5 can be viewed through a glass gauge 19. When the inside of each hatch cover main body 5 is filled with water, each open hole is closed and the air supply/discharge pipe 11 is folded down as shown in FIG. 2 so that it does not get in the way.

設定でき、効果的な使用を実行できる。 As described above, according to the hatch cover of the present invention, water can be poured into the hatch cover during operation and used as a strength member.
Moreover, when water is supplied to the hatch cover body, the tiltable air supply/discharge pipe connected to the air supply/discharge port with a lock is erected. By closing the hatch cover, the full state can be maintained, and even if the ship shakes, the water inside the hatch cover body will not shake, and the stability of the ship will be sufficiently ensured. In addition, the water inlet, drain outlet, and air supply/exhaust outlet each have a socket, so each hatch cover can be filled with water individually. Therefore, the locations of the hatch cover to be filled with water can be set in detail according to each situation. and can be used effectively.
