台を固定して構成してあるが、これを包装する包

するという問題があつた。

ものである。この構成のものはタンクAと置台B
との取付けを簡素化するために取付片Cと固定片
Dとの一方を嵌合方式としてある。このためこの
嵌合に要するスライド分だけ置台が大きくな
り、タンクAに対して置台Bが大型化し、その結
果タンクAと包装箱との間に大きな空間が生じて
結局は包装の合理化が十分達成し得ない問題があ
つた。 本考案はこのような問題を解決して包装
の合理化を可能にしたもので、タンク上板とタン
ク下板との周縁を重合一体化して構成した角型の
燃料タンクと、このタンクの相対向する重合縁部
に下向きにスポツト溶接した取付片と、上記取付
片を固着する固定片を備えた角型の置台とからな
り、上記取付片と固定片とはその一組を嵌合方式
による固着するとともに他方の組の取付片と固定
片とはビスによる締結方式とし、かつ上記嵌合方
式によつて置台の固定片に固着する取付片はその
嵌合用孔部分がタンクへのスポツト溶接部より嵌
合方向側へずれた所に位置するように屈曲したも
のであり、これによつてスライド分の寸法増を相
殺して置台の小型化を図り、包装の合理化を実現
したものである。

板の底面にスポツト溶接するもののようにこのス
ポツト溶接部から腐食が進行して燃料洩れを起す
ようなこともなくなり、品質の安定を図りつつ上
記効果が得られる。
