[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention has appropriate characters, figures, manufacturers, etc. on the surface.
After printing quality, material, handling precautions, etc. repeatedly and continuously, each block is cut and used for clothing, bedding, etc.
The present invention relates to printing tape materials that provide quality display labels that are attached to other miscellaneous goods. Some quality display labels are embroidered with letters and figures called woven labels, but recently there are many labels with printed letters and figures called so-called printed labels. These quality display labels are printed on tape materials using large printing machines such as offset printing machines, sealing printing machines, and Markem for name specialists, and small printing machines mainly using metal letterpress for sewing manufacturers who are end users. It is printed continuously over and over again.

When printing with the above printing machine, the tape material is fed by a cam operation method (cam method), or by hooking a nail into a hole made by panting on both sides of the tape material. There is a method (claw feeding method). In particular, with the claw feed method, it is necessary to punch holes at both ends of the tape material in advance by panting, and this panting work generally involves intermittent movement of a certain distance between the male and female punching machines in a male and female punching machine. Rotary panting is performed by feeding a tape material into the hole, or rotary panting is performed by continuously feeding a tape material to punch holes. This panting operation mainly involves cutting the warp of the woven fabric that is the base of the tape material.

Incidentally, the tape material currently in general use is made by adhering wet-coagulated porous nylon resin to a woven fabric made of 100% nylon thread. There are many problems during panting such as excessive wear of the cutting blade, leaving uncut parts, dimensional instability due to moisture absorption, and difficulty in panting due to sagging caused by softening of the texture due to moisture absorption. In addition to defects, during printing, there is a frequent occurrence of defects due to the sag caused by the softening of the texture due to moisture absorption, resulting in a decrease in work efficiency in printing using the claw feed method, especially during the rainy season. The reality is that this efficiency drop is so severe that there are many complaints from sewing manufacturers.

In the present invention, a wet-coagulated porous nylon resin material is applied to a woven fabric (hereinafter referred to as a cotton-nylon woven fabric) using cotton threads for the warp and nylon threads for the weft, so that the resin fills substantially all the interwoven spaces of the woven fabric. This is a tape for printing a label indicating quality, etc., which is completely filled in and adhered to cover the periphery of the threads that make up the fabric.

In other words, by using cotton yarn as the warp constituting the woven fabric that is the base of the tape material, the present invention greatly reduces the occurrence of malfunctions due to moisture absorption compared to a woven fabric made of 100% nylon yarn. This product successfully eliminates many of the defects that occur with tape bases made of 100% woven fabric.

In other words, by using cotton yarn for the warp yarns that are mainly cut during panting work, it is possible to completely eliminate the aforementioned ``wear of the panting blade'' and ``uncut ends'' during panting, and at the same time, The tape material is made of 100% nylon thread and has been successfully used to maintain dimensional stability and prevent softening of the texture. It also prevents sag due to softening of the texture during printing. This is much less likely to occur compared to the conventional method, and therefore we have succeeded in making it possible to achieve extremely good pawl feeding during printing.

The present invention produces a cotton-nylon fabric by immersing the cotton-nylon woven fabric, which is the base material of the tape material, in a calcium chloride-methyl alcohol solution of nylon resin, and then introducing it into water, using the so-called wet coagulation method. By attaching a wet-coagulated porous nylon resin to the cloth in such a way that the resin fills substantially all the interweave gaps of the cotton-nylon woven fabric and covers the periphery of the constituent threads of the cotton-nylon woven fabric. An elastic microporous layer is formed on the surface of the cotton-nylon woven fabric, which provides excellent printability and completely prevents fraying at the cut edges during cutting. However, if the amount of wet-coagulated porous nylon resin deposited is less than 1.05 times the weight of the cotton-nylon woven fabric, it will not be possible to fill substantially all the interwoven gaps of the cotton-nylon woven fabric. However, if the amount exceeds 1.25 times the weight, the appearance and feel (subtle irregularities on the surface) peculiar to woven fabrics will be lost. The adhesion amount is 1.05~ for cotton-nylon woven fabric.
1.25 times by weight is preferred.

The woven fabric that is the base material of the tape material of the present invention uses cotton yarn only for the warp and nylon yarn for the weft, but this has weak adhesion to the cotton yarn of the wet coagulation porous nylon resin, and therefore the tape Nylon yarn is used as the weft in order to improve the adhesion between the woven fabric, which is the material base, and the wet-coagulated porous nylon resin, and to completely integrate the woven fabric and the resin.

In the cotton-nylon woven fabric used in the present invention, the warp cotton thread is 40 or less, the weft nylon thread is 70 denier or less, and the number of warp cotton threads is 98 to 110 threads/inch. If the number of weft nylon threads is set to 80 to 85 threads/inch, the adhesion between the wet solidified porous nylon resin and the cotton-nylon woven fabric, especially the weft nylon thread, will be improved. It is particularly preferred because it can provide excellent results in smoothing the adhesive surface and preventing picking from occurring on the adhesive surface, and at the same time provides a good texture that can be used as a quality label for clothing. .

Example 1 A cotton-nylon woven fabric with a warp of 40 count cotton yarn and a weft of 120 yarns/inch and a weft of 70 denier nylon yarn 82 yarns/inch was wet-coagulated using a calcium chloride-methyl alcohol solution containing 40% nylon resin. A sheet was obtained to which wet-coagulated porous nylon resin was adhered in an amount 1.29 times the weight of the woven fabric.

Next, this sheet was cut into a 76 cm wide tape to complete a tape for printing quality labels. When the tape for printing the quality label obtained above was panted with a rotary type perforator near both sides of the tape, there was no wear on the panting blade or uncut thread, and the texture was soft due to moisture absorption. The hole was able to be drilled extremely smoothly without any formation. Next, when the printing tape for the perforated quality display label was printed using a claw-feed printing machine, there was no sag and printing was possible with extremely smooth claw-feeding.
