Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内部にウオータジヤケツトを形成したシリ
ンダヘツドのシリンダ列方向に沿う方向の両側部
の一方側に副室を、他方側に吸気ポートと排気ポ
ートをそれぞれ偏在配置した副室式デイーゼルエ
ンジンにおいて、前記吸気ポート壁と排気ポート
壁を順次シリンダ列方向に連結させて隔壁を形成
し、該隔壁によつて、ウオータポンプを経て前記
シリンダヘツド内部のウオータジヤケツトを流通
する冷却水通路を副室側と吸排気ポート側の二系
統に区画し、かつ前記両冷却水通路を前記シリン
ダヘツドの下流で合流させて前記ウオータポンプ
の吸入側に連通させるとともに、前記合流部より
上流で、かつ前記シリンダヘツドより下流の前記
副室側冷却水通路に、被加熱流体用の熱交換器を
設けたことを特徴とする副室式デイーゼルエンジ
ン。 (2) 吸排気ポート側冷却水通路に、該通路の水
温を検知する水温検知手段と、検知された水温に
基づいて作動する通路開閉手段を設け、前記水温
が所定値以下のときは、吸排気ポート側冷却水通
路を閉じるようにしたことを特徴とする実用新案
登録請求の範囲第１項記載の副室式デイーゼルエ
ンジン。
