【発明の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明はハイビスカスの生葉の水浸出液を主成分としだ
へヤーリンス様毛髪化粧料に関するものである。

毛髪化粧料特にヘヤーリンスはシャンプーによって髪か
ら油分が除かれ、それに伴って水分も減少することによ
って毛髪がパサパサになることを防止し、更に光沢を取
り戻すために使用される化粧料である。この種の化粧料
としては従来陽イオンおよび陰イオン界面活性剤を加え
たものが用いられていた。この液剤を毛髪に適用するこ
とによって、界面活性剤が髪の表面に吸着して被覆し、
その吸湿性によって、また光沢を与えて毛髪の保護を与
えている。

をこれに配合したものもある 〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕 上記公知のへヤーリンスにおいては、界面活性剤が主成
分であるため、過度の使用、その他使用上に注意を払わ
なければならなかった。また、天然物からの抽出物はそ
の抽出操作に多くの労力、費用が必要であり、またその
配合においても種々の制約があった。
ヒアルロン酸、コンドロイチン硫酸、ムコイチン酸、カ
ロニン酸などの酸性ムコ多糖類、可溶性コラーゲンなど

本発明者は上記の難点を解決し、更に効果の優れた毛髪
化粧料、特にヘヤーリンスを得る目的で研究を重ねた結
果、ハイビスカスの生葉を粉砕し水で浸出した粘稠液が
毛髪に対する湿潤性、艶を増強することを見いだして本
発明を完成した。

本発明の成分に用いるハイビスカスの生葉の水浸出液は
、ハイビスカス、−名プフソウゲと称するアオイ科の温
熱帯性常緑植物の葉を粉砕し、これに水を加えて攪拌す
るか、又は水中で粉砕することによって得られた粘稠液
である。

この液に卯の白味を泡立たせた後投入し、蒸煮を行うこ
とで繊維物その他夾雑物を適当な濾過処理、例えば３ミ
クロン程度のフィルターを用いて除き、本発明の化粧料
として用いる。

このハイビスカス生葉の蒸煮水浸出液は、成分が粘着性
の成分ムコプロティン、ゲルコンド等を含んでいる。

本発明の化粧料にするには、上記の如くして得られたハ
イビスカスの浸出液に湿潤剤、甘味剤、柔軟剤等の助剤
例えばグリセリン等、防腐剤例えば安息香酸ナトリウム
等を適宜添加し、この液を蒸煮後冷却し、植物性の香料
を加えることにより安定した純度の高いヘヤーリンスを
得る。

製造例
ハイビスカスの生葉１００ｇ−ｔ−粉砕ミキサーに入れ
、これに１０００−の蒸溜水を加え、２〜３分粉砕し、
得られた粘稠液１１００ｇを蒸煮後、常温に戻し３ミク
ロンのフィルターで濾過し、濾過粘稠液１０００ｇを得
る。

ハイビスカスの生葉蒸煮水浸出液１０００ｇにグリセリ
ン３ｇ、安息香酸す１リウム０． １％を加え、更に煮
沸後常温に戻し、植物性の香料を加えてヘアーリンスと

ていないから、頭皮に傷、炎症、湿疹等異常のある時も
