Claims (1)
1つのダイボンド部とをベースに対して直角にか
つ互いに相反する向きに屈曲せしめて連設した主
フレームとこれから独立させて先端側を第1リー
ドピンと同一方向に屈曲させた複数の第2リード
ピンとで構成されるリードフレームと、上記ダイ
ボンド部の一面に接着する発光又は受光素子の一
体化された信号処理用集積回路素子と、この素子
を主フレーム及び第2リードピンに電気的に接続
するワイヤボンド部と、上記発光又は受光素子の
光軸上に光フアイバの接続コネクタを有し、第1
及び第2リードピンの一部を除いて素子塔載後の
リードフレームを被覆保持するパツケージとを具
備して成る光送受信モジユール。 (2) 上記発光又は受光素子上に集光レンズが取
付けられていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第(1)項記載の光送受信モジユール。 (3) 上記主フレームのベース上に、上記集積回
路素子とは別の機能をもつ光通信用の集積回路素
子、或いはコンデンサ、増幅用コイル等が塔載さ
れていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第(1)項又は第(2)項記載の光送受信モジユール
