アーム１６，１６の揺動端と挾持レール１４とを
四連リンク状に設定して枢着し、かつ、アーム１
６，１６の少なくとも一方に挾持レール１４を搬
送チエーン側に付勢するつる巻バネ１７を前記支
点に位置させて設け、又、前記挾持レール１４が
