The present invention relates to an improvement of a formwork for vibration molding (hereinafter simply referred to as a formwork) in a container for molten metal (hereinafter simply referred to as a container), and the present invention relates to an improvement in a formwork for vibration forming (hereinafter simply referred to as a formwork) for a container for molten metal (hereinafter simply referred to as a container), and it is possible to completely cover both the bottom and side parts by adding material at once. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a formwork that can be constructed and provides a construction body with high filling properties. At present, vibration forming is being carried out as a method for lining monolithic refractories in tap holes of blast furnaces, etc., and the following methods are mainly well known. (1) Set the formwork inside the container, and while vibrating the formwork, pour the powdered refractory material into the gap between the container and the formwork.
Fill the container from the bottom to the side wall. (2) Pour the specified amount of powdered refractory material into the bottom of the container,
After leveling the top surface, the formwork was placed on top of it, left loose, and vibrated to fill the bedding to the specified thickness. Powdered refractory material was then poured into the side walls and vibrated. Fill. However, in the above construction method (1), the powder refractory is not sufficiently filled into the lining, which reduces the durability of the lining. In addition, the construction method (2) above requires more steps and takes more time, and in the case of hot repair, especially thin wall construction, the powdered refractory material added to the paving section may change due to heat until the formwork is set. However, there were drawbacks such as the inability to complete filling. Therefore, there has been a need for a formwork for vibratory molding of containers that can be filled with a sufficient amount of powdered refractory in the bottom and that can be constructed in a short period of time. The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems and provides a formwork for vibration forming of molten metal containers, which can be sufficiently filled with powdered refractory material in the bottom of the container and can be constructed in a short time. It consists of a plurality of hydraulic cylinders arranged on the outside and positioned so that the cylinder rods of the hydraulic cylinders are in contact with the upper end surface of the molten metal container, allowing the form body to move up and down freely. This device is characterized by: Hereinafter, embodiments and examples of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Formwork 2 as shown in Figure 1
A plurality of hydraulic cylinders are attached to the container 7, so that the formwork 2 can be raised and lowered up and down with respect to the bed section 4.The method of use is to use the hydraulic cylinders provided in the formwork 2 on the upper end surface of the container 7. The cylinder rods 1' of the cylinder 1 are set in contact, maintaining an appropriate gap between the formwork 2 and the bed 4, and then a predetermined amount of powder material 6 is placed.
After charging the entire amount, the hydraulic cylinder 1 is operated to apply a load to the formwork 2 body, and the vibrator 3 is started to perform sufficient pressure filling. In addition, since the thickness of the construction body is thin (15 to 25 mm), a wheel (with a stopper) is attached to the tip of the cylinder rod so that frame setting can be easily and finely adjusted. 40 t as an example
The conditions for vibration molding the coating material on the lining of the tundish are shown below.

As described above, according to the present invention, by being equipped with the hydraulic cylinder 1, it is possible to perform construction on both the floor and side surfaces with a single injection of material, the construction time is greatly shortened, material change due to heat is extremely small, and This is a novel and useful invention because fine adjustments during formwork setting are easy and accurate, and the construction surface is uniform and extremely precise.
