In recent years, brassiere cups, which are used for brassieres and brass clips, are integrally molded using male and female molds, so there are no seams, so they do not cause damage to outwear.
Demand for seamless cup bras is increasing because they can express a natural bust line.

Among these, those using urethane foam have excellent characteristics such as good rebound resilience, soft texture, and a sense of volume. However, conventional moldable brassiere parts using urethane foam have to be heat-molded at a high temperature of 200 to 250°C, which causes the urethane foam to yellow, and this discoloration can cause damage to the woven fabric that makes up the laminate. Since it extends to non-woven fabrics, such woven fabrics and non-woven fabrics cannot be integrally molded. After the above-mentioned urethane foam is thermoformed, a non-woven fabric treated with hot-melt adhesive resin is laminated and molded at a temperature of 110 to 150°C. A method of thermally bonding it to urethane foam has been used. However, the process was complicated, the workability was poor, and there were also problems in terms of cost due to the use of adhesive resin-treated nonwoven fabric. There is also the problem that the urethane foam yellows, reducing its commercial value.
The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks, and provides a brassiere cup molding base material that is easy to mold at low temperatures, eliminates yellowing of the urethane foam, and improves moldability and quality. be.

FIG. 1 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a brassiere cup molding base material showing an embodiment of the present invention, and the surface layer 1 is made of 95% polyester fiber with a melting point of around 250°C, usually 6d x 51m/m, as a high melting point fiber, and more than that. Low melting point polyester fiber 4d with a low melting point of 110℃
51m/m 5% mixed fiber, and middle layer 2
The above polyester fiber 6d× as high melting point fiber
Using a mixed fiber of 51 m/m 70% and 30% low melting point polyester fiber with a melting point of 110°C, webs with a basis weight of 20 g/m 3 and 80 g/m 3 , respectively, are formed using a carding machine. The laminated web of the surface layer and intermediate layer is stacked on the back layer 3 made of urethane foam with a basis weight of 100 g/m 3 and a thickness of 3 m/m, for example, from the surface layer side.
Number of punches with 40 s regular barb felt needles
Needle punching is performed under the conditions of 50P/ cm2 and a driving depth of 11m/m, and a large number of mixed fibers 4 of the surface layer 1 and intermediate layer 2 are implanted and bonded within the urethane foam of the back layer 3 to form a brazier cup molding base material. do.

By the way, in the above example, the amount of low melting point fiber mixed in the intermediate layer was 30%, but it should be at least 20%.
If it is contained above, there will be no problem in terms of moldability. Also, sometimes the middle layer is a low melting point fiber, short for the high melting point fiber.
It is also possible to configure it with 100%.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the urethane foam used as the brassiere cup molding base material can be molded at a low temperature, and the molding processability is greatly improved. Further, since integral molding with the fiber web to be laminated is performed even without the presence of a hot melt type adhesive resin, workability and cost are greatly improved. Furthermore, this invention has practical effects such as solving problems in appearance due to thermal discoloration of urethane foam.
