This invention relates to a liquid jet dyeing machine for spreading fabric dyeing, which is particularly suitable for dyeing wide fabrics, such as fabrics, carpets, and other fabrics. <Prior Art> Conventionally, there is a jet dyeing machine that sprays a dye liquid from a nozzle and dyes the object while circulating it. In general, such a jet dyeing machine includes a main tank containing a dye solution, and a diagonal connecting pipe having a conical or square nozzle at one end and connected to the main tank at the other end,
The dye liquor was configured to be pumped from the bottom of the main tank to a conical or rectangular nozzle via a liquid delivery pipe. Then, the material to be dyed is passed from the main tank through the jet opening of the conical or square nozzle, passed through the diagonal connecting pipe, and circulated endlessly to the main tank. It was designed so that the object to be dyed was circulated by a jet of dye liquid from a nozzle. <Problems to be solved by the invention> However, in such a conventional liquid jet dyeing machine, the structure of the conical or rectangular nozzle through which the object to be dyed passes and the inclined downward connecting pipe connected to it are Because both of the above have extremely limited cross-sectional areas,
Movement of the material to be dyed in the apparatus has been attempted only by increasing the pressure of the dye liquid pump, that is, by increasing the jet flow from the nozzle. In addition, since the dyed objects are passed through the nozzle jet opening with a limited cross-sectional area, all the dyed objects become rope-like, which may fall off after entering the main tank, become tangled due to swimming in the liquid, etc., or become tangled during operation. There was a fear that trouble might occur. Therefore, we had no choice but to design and manufacture the internal width of this tank to be around 500mm per nozzle. Therefore, the spread width of the dyed material is maximum
It was limited to within 500mm or less. In addition, for example, seats for railway vehicles, buses, ships, aircraft, etc. (including velveteen and cor-ten) have brush-like bristles on the surface, and are different from conventional conical nozzles. In a liquid jet dyeing machine, the coat becomes rough (whirlpool-like) and cannot be used as a product, so we had to use an old winch-type dyeing machine to dye the entire width of the fabric 6 (width 1.2~
The dyeing process was carried out by expanding the dyeing area (1.5m or more), but the bath ratio was large at over 1:25 and the dyeing time was twice as long as that of a jet dyeing machine, making it uneconomical. Therefore, the dye liquid is injected from a nozzle at high speed and high flow rate using large horsepower, and the dyed object is circulated at high speed to increase dyeing efficiency. A jet dyeing machine for textile products has been proposed that is configured to prevent twisting of dyed products (see, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-20589). However, in the jet dyeing machine configured as described above, the dye liquid is injected at high speed and high flow rate.
As the pressure inside the diagonal connecting pipe became high, it was necessary to arrange cylindrical pipes concentrically around the outer circumference of the diagonal connecting pipe to create a double pipe structure. This complicates the structure and increases the cost of the device, and further increases the overall width (for example, 1.2
If an attempt is made to construct a diagonal connecting pipe section so as to pass through the spread object to be contaminated, an extremely large cylindrical pipe will be required, which will make the equipment large and difficult to install, and the equipment will have to be placed in a high position. There was a problem in that it became too much and the workability became extremely poor. <Purpose of the invention> The purpose of this invention was to solve the problems of conventional jet dyeing machines, and it was designed to dye wide fabrics in a natural spreading state, while also making it simple and compact. The present invention provides a jet dyeing machine for spread dyeing. <Means for solving the problem> The jet dyeing machine for spread dyeing of this invention is built in a nozzle storage case, and has a length of at least 1m.
It is equipped with a dyed object passage opening having a flat cross-section and a widening outlet at the downstream end, and openings facing downstream from above and below at the upstream end of the dyed object passage opening. a flat nozzle having a slit-like convergent end, a primary overflow channel upstream of the slit-like convergent end, and an opening width of at least 1 m; a main tank having a width of at least 1 m for storing a dye solution; a slanted downward connecting pipe having a flat cross-section, connected to the outlet of the object passing port, the other end being connected to the main tank, and having a width larger than the opening width of the flat nozzle by the width of the outlet; , a liquid feed pipe that connects the bottom of the main tank and the nozzle storage case and has a dye liquid pump, and a counter-driving reel provided on the upstream side of the flat nozzle; This dyeing apparatus is characterized by dyeing by circulating a wide endless dyed material in a fixed direction between the mouth and the main tank, and with this configuration, the above object is achieved. <Example> The configuration of this invention will be explained in detail below based on the example drawings. Figure 2 shows a longitudinal sectional view of the dyeing machine of the present invention, approximately U
The main tank 1, which is shaped like a letter, is filled with dye liquid 5.
The outlet end 1A of the main tank 1 is opened, and a counter-driving reel 3 is provided on the upper part thereof, and a diagonal connecting pipe 12 is provided between the counter-driving reel 3 and the inlet end 1B of the main tank 1.
A nozzle storage case 9 is placed above this inclined connecting pipe 12.
is provided. A dye liquid pump 4 equipped with a heat exchange heater, a filter, etc. is installed below the main tank 1, and one end of the dye liquid pump 4 is connected to the bottom 1C of the main tank 1, and the other end is connected to a liquid feed pipe. It is directly connected to the lower part of the upper nozzle storage case 9 via 7. The flat nozzle 2, which is a feature of the present invention, is shown in Fig. 3.
As shown in FIG. 4, it is assembled into a long and narrow box-shaped nozzle storage case 9. The center of the nozzle storage case 9 is connected from the upstream side of the counter-driving reel 3 to the downstream side of the inclined downward connecting pipe 12.
A dyed object passage opening 9B having an extremely flat cross section is provided so as to penetrate to the side. For example, if the width of the dyed object 6 in the expanded state is 1.5 m, this dyed object passage port 9B is slightly larger than that.
A width of about 1.52 m is given, and a dimension of 6 cm in the vertical direction h is given in the example. Further, at the downstream end of the dyed object passage port 9B, an outlet port 9C is formed which opens in a shape that widens toward the end and is connected to the diagonally descending connecting pipe 12. The upstream end of the dyed object passage port 9B has the same width as the dyed object passage port 9B, and is arranged oppositely above and below the dyed object passage port 9B. For each passing dyed object 6, dye liquid 5 is applied.
A flat nozzle 2 is formed which opens to emit a jet stream diagonally downstream. In the embodiment, the flat nozzle 2 has a pair of slit-shaped convergent ends 2A with a gap of about 4 mm, and a pair of slit-shaped convergent ends 2A with a gap of about 10 mm provided slightly upstream of the convergent ends 2A.
The primary overflow path 2B is communicated with the dye chamber 9A within the nozzle storage case 9. When the dye liquor 5 is pumped by the dye liquor pump 4 and fills the dye liquor damper 9A, the flow direction of the dye liquor 5 is disturbed in the dye liquor chamber 9A and is not constant. The dye liquor 5 flows in the direction of the primary overflow path 2B. The flow is rectified in a certain direction in the primary overflow path 2B. Then, the dye liquid 5 is ejected from the slit-like converging end 2A into a high-speed thin film-like jet having the same jet width as the width of the dyed object passage port 9B and has an equal pressure over the entire width, and sprays the dyed object in the dyed object passage hole 9B. 6, and the object to be dyed 6 is pushed and moved in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 3 by the dynamic pressure of the ejected flow. The inclined descending pipe 12 has one end connected to the nozzle storage case 9.
It is connected to the downstream end of the outflow port 9C of the dyed article passage port 9B, and the other end is connected to the inlet end 1B of the main tank 1. In the embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the diagonal connecting pipe 12 corresponds to the width of the dyed object passage port 9B.
The width of the outlet 9C is widened by the width of the outlet in the horizontal direction to give a width of 1.52 to 1.57m, and the width in the vertical direction H is
It is formed into a flat cylindrical shape with a dimension of 11 cm, so that the object 6 to be dyed can be moved (in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 2) while maintaining its expanded width. Due to the enlargement of the diameter of the outlet 9C from the dyed object passage port 9B to the inclined downward connecting pipe 12, the pressure of the jet flow of dye liquid 5 from the flat nozzle 2 is reduced at the outlet 9C, and the inclined downward connecting pipe 12 is reduced in pressure. The pressure inside is low. As a result, the diagonal connecting pipe 12 can be configured with a single-pipe structure, and the cross-sectional area of the diagonal connecting pipe 12 is increased to facilitate the passage of the swollen dyed object 6, thereby providing level dyeing and relaxing effects on the dyed object 6. will definitely be given. Furthermore, the main tank 1 has a dyed object passage port 9B in the embodiment.
It has a width of 1.57 to 1.62 m, which is slightly larger than the width of
It is filled with the dye liquor 5 and is formed so that the article 6 to be dyed can move within the dye liquor 5 while maintaining its expanded width. The dye liquid 5 in the main tank 1 is configured to be pumped by a dye liquid pump 4 from the bottom 1C through a liquid feed pipe 7 to the flat nozzle 2. Next, the operation of this invention will be explained. The dyed object 6 is naturally spread with almost the width of the fabric. In other words, the dyed object 6 whose fabric width is 1.5 m is fed into the liquid jet dyeing machine 1 for spread dyeing after being spread to a width of 1.5 m. Both ends in the length direction are connected to form an endless shape. The object to be dyed 6 is stored in the main tank 1 by being folded in an irregular zigzag shape as shown in FIG. 3, the dye solution 5 is pulled out of the dye solution 5, and then passed through the dyed material passage opening 9B formed in the inclined nozzle storage case 9 in an expanded state, and then passed through the inclined connecting pipe 12, and then While passing through the main tank 1 filled with the dye liquid 5 from the inlet end 1B of the main tank 1 in a folded state in a zigzag shape, it is dyed, and is led again to the exit end 1A of the main tank 1, where it is endlessly circulated for a predetermined period of time. Ru. At this time, a part of the dye liquid 5 in the main tank 1 is transferred to the dye liquid pump 4.
The liquid is fed under pressure through the liquid feed pipe 7 from the bottom of the upper nozzle storage case 9 to the dyeing liquid chamber 9A, and then the fourth
As shown in the figure, the flow is rectified by the primary overflow path 2B of the flat nozzle 2, and flows obliquely upward and downward from the slit-shaped convergent end 2A to the object 6 moving toward the inclined connecting pipe 12 through the object passage port 9B. It is sprayed violently and evenly. As a result, the dyeing liquid 5 is uniformly and evenly sprayed onto the dyed object 6 in a naturally spread state through the counter-driving reel 3 over the effective width 10 of the flat nozzle 2, and the dyeing process is evenly processed. In addition, when dyeing the dyed object 6, which is made by folding knitted fabric knitted into a cylindrical shape and making it into a flat shape, by using the dye liquor 5 at a high temperature, air bubbles are generated in the dye liquor 5, and these air bubbles are removed. The dye solution 5 contained therein is sprayed onto the dyed object 6, which may cause air bubbles to accumulate inside the folded dyed object 6, causing the dyed object 6 to become swollen. Since the connecting pipe 12 has an enlarged diameter, the swollen dyed object 6 moves smoothly within the inclined downward connecting pipe 12 and is relaxed and dyed evenly. Furthermore, the objects to be dyed 6 include wide objects such as railway vehicles, buses, ships, aircraft, etc., which are used as welfare areas, sheets with brush-like bristles on the surface or ordinary wide sheets, theaters, halls, etc. It can also be applied to items that were considered difficult or impossible with conventional liquid jet dyeing machines, such as extra-thick and wide curtains (velvet) and lace with single-sided embroidery. <Effects of the invention> The effects of this invention are as follows. (1) With conventional conical or square nozzles, the material to be dyed is circulated in a rope shape.
The penetration of the dye liquid becomes uneven, but with this device, the dye liquid is continuously and violently sprayed onto the moving object in a state of natural spreading in the form of a high-speed thin film jet, resulting in a rapid dyeing process. The dye liquid penetrates into the dyed object, the amount of dyeing aid added is reduced, dyeing ability is improved, and operating time is shortened. Furthermore, since the flow of the dye liquid effectively affects the dyeing process of the fabric, the pump power can be significantly reduced compared to conventional methods. (2) Since the dyed object passage port and the diagonal connecting pipe are connected via the divergent outlet with the diameter expanded by the amount of the divergence, the pressure of the dye liquid from the flat nozzle is reduced, and the diagonally descending connecting pipe is connected. The structure was simple and the device could be made compact. Furthermore, even if the object to be dyed is swollen, it can be moved smoothly, and the object can be relaxed and evenly dyed. In addition, the flat nozzle allows the dye solution to be ejected over the entire width of the object to be dyed, and the dyeing process can be carried out by relaxing the object in a spread state.
It has the effect of eliminating the phenomenon of uneven shading between the edges and the center of the dyed object, which occurs in the dyeing process using conventional dyeing machines, and is called "makare". (3) When dyeing objects such as special velvet fabrics or lace with single-sided embroidery, for example, using a conventional dyeing machine, the dyed objects move diagonally, making the dyeing process easier. However, with this invented machine, the dyed material is transferred tightly in a zigzag pattern in a natural spreading state, so there is no skewing of the dyed material or any problems with the fabric. Then, if the embroidered parts are placed in two or three layers alternately on the left and right and fed into the flat nozzle and circulated in the main tank, they will be dyed at high speed while maintaining the natural spread state until the end of the dyeing process. (4) During the dyeing process, the dyed material remains in a naturally spread state, and the fabric does not wrinkle or fluff, so post-processing workability is good after the high-speed operation is stopped and the dyed material is taken out. Contributes to reducing production costs of dyed products with stable quality. (5) Depending on the effective width of the flat nozzle, narrow width,
Parallel operation of a plurality of medium-width and thin fabrics is possible, and the material to be dyed can be easily loaded by the pushing action of the flat nozzle 2. (6) An almost constant low bath ratio can be maintained regardless of changes in the input amount due to the width of the fabric to be dyed, basis weight, etc. Next, as an example, if we talk about the dimensions of the flat nozzle, the nozzle width for a fabric with a width of 1.2 m is 1.22 mm.
If the width of the fabric is 1.5m, the nozzle width is 1.52m.
shall be. Further, as an example of capacity specifications, Table 1 shows an example of the specifications.
