An air spoiler attached to a quarter panel on a side of a vehicle body, the air spoiler being configured such that its inner end in the vehicle width direction overlaps with an upright portion of a retainer fixed to the inner side of the quarter panel in the vehicle width direction. In the air spoiler mounting structure, the retainer is formed to extend from the inner side in the vehicle width direction of the quarter panel to the vicinity of the corner of the outer side in the vehicle width direction, and is fixed along the upper surface of the quarter panel, and the retainer is fixed to the upper surface of the quarter panel. A rib is erected near the extended end of the air spoiler, and a rib is erected near the corner of the outer end of the air spoiler in the vehicle width direction toward the quarter panel side so as to be overlapped with the rib erected on the retainer.
