Conventionally, in a hot air fan that generates hot air using electric heat, a heater consisting of a spiral heating wire suspended from a substrate made of a heat-resistant insulating board is placed on the front side of the blower in the air blowing direction, and the air is blown from the blower. Warm air is generated by blowing wind onto the heater.

By the way, in the case of the above-mentioned conventional hot-air heater, the heating wire is suspended from the substrate by drilling a hole in the heating wire support portion of the substrate made of a heat-resistant insulating plate and passing the spiral heating wire through the hole. Therefore, when suspending a heating wire from a circuit board, the long spiral heating wire must be passed through many holes many times, which is not only difficult but also very time-consuming. However, it had the drawback of disrupting the spiral pitch of the heating wire.

In view of the above, in order to achieve the above object, the present invention has a structure in which heating wire support plates made of heat-resistant insulating plates are erected at appropriate intervals on a horizontal substrate surface made of heat-resistant insulating plates. In a device in which spiral heating wires are suspended on a heating wire support plate in two rows in the front and back with respect to the air blowing direction, and in multiple stages above and below,
A substrate of a heater for a hot-air machine, characterized in that hook-shaped heating wire locking portions are formed in the front and rear portions of each of the heating wire support plates with respect to the air blowing direction in a vertically different manner and opening on each end face side. According to the board of the hot-air heater, the spiral heating wire is simply locked to the heating wire locking portion from the front end or rear end of the heating wire support plate in the air blowing direction. The heating wires can be hung on the board very easily and reliably in two rows in front and behind the air blowing direction, and in multiple stages above and below the air blowing direction, simplifying the manufacturing process and increasing work efficiency. In addition, it is possible to improve thermal efficiency by arranging the heating wires evenly in the front and back of the air blowing direction and in the upper and lower tiers, preventing overheating of the heating wires and preventing them from burning out. be effective.

In the drawing, 1 is a horizontal substrate made of a heat-resistant insulating plate, 2 is a plurality of heating wire support plates,
The horizontal substrate 1 is long in the direction orthogonal to the direction of air blowing, and the heating wire support plate 2 is formed with a groove 3 into which the horizontal substrate 1 is fitted. The heating wire support plates 2 are fitted into the horizontal substrate 1 at appropriate intervals and stand vertically on the upper and lower surfaces of the horizontal substrate 1. Reference numeral 4 denotes a fixing member for the heating wire support plate 2, and the heating wire support plate 2 is fixed to the horizontal substrate 1 by being attached alternately to the front end or the rear end side with respect to the air blowing direction.

On the other hand, each of the heating wire support plates 2 has heating wire locking portions 5 disposed at the front and rear ends in a vertically different manner with respect to the air blowing direction.
6 is formed. That is, the heating wire locking portions 5 and 6 are hook-shaped cut grooves that are opened on the front end surface side or the rear end surface side of the heating wire support plate 2, respectively. is bent at a right angle downward, and the lower heating wire locking portion 6 is bent at a right angle upward. The heating wire locking portions 5 and 6 on the lower surface side of the horizontal substrate 1 are symmetrical and have the same structure as the upper surface side. Each of the heating wire support plates 2 is arranged on the horizontal substrate 1 so that the heating wire locking portions 5 and 6 are arranged in a staggered manner. Reference numeral 7 denotes a spiral heating wire (nichrome wire), and the heating wires 7 are arranged in two rows in the front and rear direction with respect to the air blowing direction of each heating wire support plate 2, and the heating wires 7 are arranged in two rows in the front and back direction of each heating wire support plate 2, and the heating wires 7 are arranged in two rows in the front and back direction of each heating wire support plate 2, and are arranged in multiple rows in the upper and lower stages. It is suspended by being locked by the locking parts 5 and 6. A pair of connection terminals 8 for connecting the heating wire 7 and the lead wire are provided on one side of the horizontal board 1, and the heating wire 7 is connected to the pair of connection terminals 8 to form a series. It is something.

As described above, the heating wires 7, which are sequentially locked in the heating wire locking portions 5 and 6 of each heating wire support plate 2 and suspended in two rows in front and back with respect to the air blowing direction, have a vertically wavy shape. The front and rear portions are arranged evenly so as to intersect with each other when viewed in the air blowing direction.
Further, the horizontal substrate 1 is housed and fixed in an exterior body 9 of the heater, and the exterior body 9 is formed into a frame body that can freely ventilate back and forth by upper and lower plates and left and right side plates. 10 is a heat-resistant insulating plate that insulates the inner surface of the exterior body 9. Laminated mica is mainly used as heat-resistant insulating plates for each part.

次にその作用を説明する。 Next, its effect will be explained.

Now, when air is blown by the hot air fan, the air is thrown onto the spiral heating wire 7, and hot air is generated.
As mentioned above, the heating wires 7 are suspended in two rows in the front and back with respect to the air blowing direction, and in multiple stages above and below.
have a wave shape that intersects with each other when viewed in the front and back direction, so the air blown from the blower flows through the heating wire 7.
Sprayed evenly throughout. For this reason,
Perhaps because the heating wire 7 is not exposed to enough wind, overheated parts do not occur, and burnout can be prevented, and because the wind is evenly distributed over the entire heating wire 7, the temperature blown out from the hot air fan is reduced. The temperature of the air becomes even throughout the area, and thermal efficiency is also increased.

By the way, in order to suspend the spiral heating wires 7 on a plurality of heating wire support plates 2 erected at appropriate intervals on the horizontal substrate 1, hook-shaped wires each having openings on the front and rear end surfaces in the air blowing direction are used. The heating wire 7 can be fixed very easily and reliably by simply engaging the spiral portion of the heating wire 7 with the heating wire locking portions 5 and 6 and moving and locking the hook-shaped portion. Therefore, the helical pitch of the heating wire 7 is not disturbed, and the manufacturing process of the heater can be simplified and the working efficiency can be improved.
