B. Prior Art Prior to supplying a continuous fabric to a fabric processing device such as a heat setter, for the purpose of eliminating quality deterioration factors such as shrinkage spots caused by migration (bleeding of dye) or incomplete drying of the dyed fabric, A step is provided in which the continuous fabric fed into the system in a wet state is subjected to preliminary drying. However, in the conventional pre-drying process, the continuous fabric fed into the system is in a wet state due to moisture adhering to it during the previous dyeing process, for example, so when the fabric moves horizontally, ,
Inconveniences have been recognized, such as the center part in the width direction drooping due to the weight of the moisture content and contacting the radiant burner, causing burnout, or exposing the fabric to uneven drying conditions, reducing the form safety of the final product. It was done. In particular, for wide fabrics with a width dimension exceeding 200 cm, the amount of droop in the center part in the width direction due to attached moisture is large, and the distance from the radiant burner for pre-drying is significantly different between the center part and the selvage part. ,
In many cases, the above-mentioned uneven drying was facilitated. For this reason, the capacity of conventional pre-drying equipment is not fully utilized, and uneconomical operating conditions have been adopted to compensate for the lack of drying capacity by reducing the fabric processing speed of the subsequent fabric processing equipment.

D. Embodiment FIG. 1 is a vertical sectional view illustrating the schematic structure of the device of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a top perspective view thereof. In these drawings, fabric processing apparatus B
For example, this is a known heat setter used for the purpose of shaping and finishing the wet continuous fabric 1 after dyeing and improving the affinity of the dye to the fiber material constituting the fabric 1, that is, the color fastness. The continuous fabric 1 moistened with the dye liquor is
The ears are held by an unillustrated widening device such as a clip or tenter pin, and the material is introduced into the pre-drying device A through a substantially horizontal conveyance path. The pre-drying device A is a device that performs a primary drying treatment under tension on the continuous fabric 1 before being introduced into the fabric processing device B, and includes a plurality of drying devices arranged along the travel path of the fabric 1. A radiant burner 2, a plurality of hot air blowing nozzles 4 arranged along the travel path of the fabric 1 and having their open ends 3 facing between the adjacent radiant burners 2, and the radiant burner 2 and the hot air blowing nozzles 4. It consists of a hot air circulation duct 5 formed between. The radiant burner 2 transmits heat rays (infrared rays) generated by combustion of gaseous fuel such as city gas, natural liquefied gas, or propane gas to the fabric 1 while carrying the heated air flow. A radiant heating device that evaporates attached moisture,
In a preferred embodiment, at a distance of approximately 200 mm from the bottom surface of the fabric 1 running approximately horizontally,
Its upper surface 6 is positioned. The hot air blowing nozzle 4 is a nozzle device that makes the circulating air carry the exhaust sensible heat of the heated air flow generated by the radiant burner 2 and blows it out toward the lower surface of the fabric 1 to levitate the fabric 1. The hot air blowing nozzle 4 and the radiant burner 2 are integrated with a hot air circulation duct 5 formed by a blowing fan 7 arranged in series to form a circulation flow path for heated air flow. In order to maintain the relationship between the flow rate and temperature of the heated air flow within a range suitable for pre-drying the fabric, the hot air blowing nozzle 4 has its open end 3 connected to at least the upper surface 6 of the radiant burner 2 located below the fabric 1. It is positioned higher than the That is, the attachment attitude of the open end 3 is adjusted so that it is located closer to the back surface of the fabric 1. In a preferred embodiment, the separation distance is approximately 50 mm. Although the hot air blowing nozzle 4 has its open end 3 located below the fabric 1, the radiant burner 2 can be attached not only to the bottom side of the fabric but also to the top side of the fabric as shown in FIG. . The weight of moisture adhering to the fabric 1 functions to cause the entire fabric 1 to hang downward, but since the ears of the fabric 1 are gripped by a commonly used widening device, the weight of moisture adhering to the fabric 1 does not adhere to the fabric 1. The weight of the moisture contained therein and the weight of the fabric 1 concentrate on the center of the width of the fabric. Therefore, the amount of droop of the fabric 1 becomes maximum at the center portion of the fabric width. In order to give the fabric 1 a floating amount that exceeds the maximum drooping amount at the center of the fabric 1, the hot air blowing nozzle 4 maintains a hot air blowing width of 1/2 or less of the widthwise dimension of the fabric 1 to reach the desired height. The open end 3 is located at the lower center C of the fabric 1. The heated air flow generated by the radiant burner 2 heats the fabric 1 to evaporate adhering moisture, while being sucked by the blower fan 7 and guided into the exhaust recovery hood 8.
The hot air is supplied to the hot air blowing nozzle 4 through the circulation duct 5, and is ejected from the open end 3 toward the lower surface of the fabric 1, floating the fabric 1 and giving the fabric a substantially horizontal running posture suitable for uniform drying. .

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above explanation, according to the device of the present invention, the fabric is held horizontally by the heated air flow jetted from the hot air blowing nozzle and heated uniformly by the radiant burner. A product with no cracks can be obtained, and since the center part of the fabric in the width direction does not come into contact with a radiant burner, a guide belt, etc., product defects such as burnout or contamination can be avoided. Furthermore, according to the present invention, even wide flexible fabrics can be pre-dried using a pre-dryer before being introduced into the fabric processing equipment, resulting in a significant improvement in reducing the load on the fabric processing equipment. Furthermore, since the exhaust sensible heat of the radiant burner can be used not only as a floating support medium for the fabric but also as a drying means, the present invention can greatly contribute to improving thermal efficiency.
